Homage and praise to the Naga kings who protect, along with their consorts, children, and retinue. Thus praise. Then, visualize that in the hearts of the eleven Naga kings and their retinues, each resides a syllable PHUḤ of their own color. Finally, contemplate them as if their images appear in a mirror of mantras. Recite: Oṃ PHUḤ Jvālika Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Ānanta Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Takṣaka Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Karkoṭa Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Kuluka Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Bāsuki Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Śaṅkhapāla Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Padma Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Mahāpadma Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Jaya Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Vijaya Svāhā, Oṃ PHUḤ Sarva Nāga Nāgī Jaḥ Svāhā. This is the great cloud mantra. Recite: Sarva Mahā Megha Svāhā. Visualize the lower ground, the element of wind stirring, igniting a vast wheel of fire, warming the ocean. Contemplate that its steam makes the earth warm. Visualize yourself as Tara, from the TĀṂ in her heart, light radiates, striking the seed syllables and mantras of the Naga kings and their retinues in front. Arouse their lineage, strengthen their vows, and from their respective seed syllables, mantras, and openings of mouths and nostrils, transform into steam, great clouds, and contemplate them covering the entire sky. At times, also combine the visualizations from the ritual text. In the evening, when the clouds disperse, recite the mantra for gathering clouds. In between sessions, recite the Great Cloud Sutra. An offering cake made with a mixture of the three white substances and the three sweet substances is sufficient for one deity count. Oṃ Amṛta purify, Svabhāva cleanse, from emptiness, in a precious vessel, the clean mixture of the offering cake, its form is the three white substances and the three sweet substances, its essence transforms into uncontaminated nectar. Oṃ Jvālika Nāga Rāja Nāga Nāgī Saparivāra Idaṃ Baliṃta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Offer by reciting seven times. Naga kings and their retinue, please accept this offering cake and protect the Buddha's teachings, grant happiness to beings, and accomplish all activities as I desire. Please gather the clouds in this sky, please bring forth radiance in this space, please bestow warmth upon this earth, please bestow essence upon these crops, pacify the harm of hail, and cause the grains to grow and flourish. Protect from all adverse conditions, and accomplish all favorable conditions. The offering cake to the local deities is as in other rituals. 聚集云朵！给大地增温！以大慈大悲等等，十方安住的诸佛和菩萨的一切谛实力，加持虚空！半空中聚集云朵！给大地增温！八大声闻上首，十六阿罗汉等等一切阿罗汉的谛实力，加持虚空！半空中聚集云朵！给大地增温！八大天神，八大龙王，八大行星，十方守护，四大天王等等一切护持白法方面的谛实力，加持虚空！半空中聚集云朵！给大地增温！如是说，顶礼！佛法僧，上师本尊空行，护法神的一切誓言谛实力，特别是殊胜的观世音和圣度母的誓言谛实力，四大天王，八大天神，八大龙王，八大行星，二十八星宿，十方守护，九怖畏，傲慢部众的首领们，以及一切天龙八部，拉萨（拉萨市）的土地神，主龙坚白（藏文地名）的护法一切的谛实力，镇压风，聚集云，给大地增温！不要发生冰雹严寒的灾害，令庄稼丰收，粮食增多，众生安乐幸福！如是说。最后如前一样做供养和赞颂，度母会供等等做后续仪轨。如是尽力做六座或四座等，冰雹就无法降临。修法完毕后，事后不要显现。说道：如今被时代玷污的一些人，不像可靠的续部和上师的口诀那样，不实修，却用伪造的下劣法，随心所欲地胡来，欺骗他人。这是莲花生大士加持的，以威力创造的殊胜无与伦比的意伏藏，如果修持，就会生起确信和定解，如意宝般能成办一切所需所愿。因此，有缘者以恭敬心精进，为了满足愿望，以利他之心，书写成文字，若有错谬向圣度母忏悔！愿以善根令一切众生证得大菩提！因为一些有需求的人劝请，但我却被懒惰所牵引，所以再次由不变者

Gather the clouds! Warm the earth! By the truth of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, such as the Great Compassionate One, bless the sky! Gather the clouds in the sky! Warm the earth! By the truth of the eight great Shravakas, the sixteen Arhats, and all the Arhats, bless the sky! Gather the clouds in the sky! Warm the earth! By the truth of all the protectors of the white side, such as the eight great gods, the eight great Nagas, the eight great planets, the ten directional guardians, and the four great kings, bless the sky! Gather the clouds in the sky! Warm the earth! Thus saying, Homage! By the truth of the command of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, and Dharma protectors, and especially by the truth of the command of the noble Avalokiteshvara and the noble Tara, the four great kings, the eight great gods, the eight great Nagas, the eight great planets, the twenty-eight constellations, the ten directional guardians, the nine terrors, the leaders of the arrogant hosts, and all the eight classes of gods and demons, the local deity of Lhasa (Lhasa City), the master Naga, and the protectors of the white side of Gnyan Karpo (Tibetan place name), suppress the wind! Gather the clouds and warm the earth! May there be no harm from hail and cold, may the crops be abundant, the grain increase, and may beings be happy and joyful! Thus say. Finally, make offerings and praises as before, and perform the subsequent rituals such as the Tara Tsog. If you strive to do six or four sessions like this, hail will not be able to strike. After the practice is finished, do not reveal it afterwards. Said: Nowadays, some people who are corrupted by the times, unlike the reliable tantras and the Guru's oral instructions, do not practice, but use fabricated inferior Dharma, do whatever they want, and deceive others. This is a miraculous uncontested mind treasure created by the blessing of Padmasambhava, if practiced, certainty and definite understanding will arise, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that can accomplish all needs and desires. Therefore, may fortunate ones diligently strive with reverence, and with the intention of benefiting others to fulfill their wishes, I have written it down, and if there are mistakes, I confess to the noble Tara! May all beings attain great enlightenment through this virtue! Because some needy people urged me, but I was distracted by laziness, so again by the unchanging one.
