嗡啊，一切上师阿阇黎莲花王，咕汝咕列，天众空行母，金刚成就誓言，金刚嬉戏母，护法眷属众，秘密天女，大乐供养啊吽。 嗔恨调伏方便之甘露，八根本千枝阿弥利达（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死），贪欲调伏智慧调伏甘露，大红血海波涛汹涌。 供养贪嗔所染众生，摄受安置大乐刹土中。 嗡，一切上师阿阇黎莲花王，咕汝咕列，天众空行母，金刚成就誓言，金刚嬉戏母，一切护法眷属众，五甘露，大红血，一切供养，卡嘿。 啊，风火颅器之上嘎巴拉，愚痴寂灭方便智慧无别物，饮食等所有食物，炼制转变增益成智慧甘露。 加持之食子供品此，皈依处莲花王根本传承之，上师众及明妃天女，十五尊为主本尊续部之天，勇士瑜伽母无余眷属众，金刚善妙母等智慧及，世间稳固护法财神白方护，三宝本尊众神一切众。 欢喜受用迷入歧途众，摄受安置解脱道上祈。 国王大臣摄受国土一切处，莲师成就法统执持之僧众，种善慧明摄受二次第，修至究竟成就之僧众安立。 富裕施主摄受修行众，饮食无勤任运成就于一切方，莲师修法教法根基稳固兴盛且，愿于此世长久住锡祈。 六道有情无余摄受后，刹那安置大乐刹土愿。 嗡啊，一切上师阿阇黎莲花王，咕汝天众空行母，金刚成就誓言，金刚嬉戏母，一切护法，婆苏天众，世间护法眷属众，此食子，卡卡卡嘿卡嘿。 如是三次普遍供养后。 嗡啊吽，金刚上师莲花生悉地吽。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 眷属众，此食子，卡卡卡嘿卡嘿。 嗡啊，上师莲花王悉地吽。
