一百之数众眷属，祈请降临于此地。自鹫峰山顶而来，大声闻者道 友坚，一千六百阿罗汉，祈请眷属降临此。如是等等其他众，大树娑罗树下处，卢摩处所与王舍城，尼连禅河降魔者，广阔之瓦拉纳西城，舍卫城天之都，八大佛塔之圣地，三十三天诸处所，所有住锡与名声者，以及瞻洲之南境，海之岸边与马来亚，森林寂静之地等处，那拉玛提河之畔，频陀山众会之处，以及鲜花果实遍布的，树木草地与嫩草地，飞鸟走兽栖息处，安乐适意之处安住者，大海之边际，大龙缠绕身躯者，安住于真实禅定处，蛇头昂扬如伞盖护，成办诸事安住者，以及诸佛 曾履足之处，安住于此之阿罗汉众，具禅定神通足，示现长寿之相，尊者之名广为人知，大声闻者施予者，生者以及思虑者，龙护之子与具名者，无数十万阿罗汉，祈请眷属降临此。大千世界与其余小洲，瞻部洲之寂静森林河流，莲花莲叶香气浓郁，彼处圣众皆安住。 尊者大阿罗汉具功德，安住于余命之身，为利有情慈悲垂念，于所设积福之供养，为爱慈悲具足请降临。如是之间完整念诵三遍，或广诵一遍，以及尊者大自彼以下五句念诵两遍，以祈请垂听。根本：十方诸佛连同诸佛子，智慧火燃枯竭烦恼海，于解脱福田之中作镇守，十方声闻僧伽请安住，迎请为供养之福田，为利有情以供祈请降临，众生怙主。

With a retinue of one hundred, I request you to descend to this place. From the summit of Vulture Peak, the great Shravaka, Friend Sustainer, with a retinue of one thousand six hundred Arhats, I request you to descend. All others such as those at the foot of the great Sala tree, the place of Lumbini and the royal abode, Nairanjana, the subduer of Mara, the vast Varanasi city, Sravasti, the city of the gods, the eight great stupa sites, the abodes of the thirty-three gods, all who dwell and are renowned, and also in the southern part of Jambudvipa, the shores of the sea and the forests of Malaya, and the solitary places, the banks of the river Naramati, the place where Mount Vindhya gathers, and also where flowers and fruits abound, trees, meadows, and lush grass, where birds and wild animals dwell, and in pleasant and delightful places, on the shores of the great ocean, where great nagas entwine their bodies, abiding in true samadhi, with snake heads raised like protective umbrellas, accomplishing deeds and abiding, and also where the Buddhas have trod, the Arhats who abide there, possessing the feet of samadhi and miraculous powers, showing the aspect of long life, renowned as great elders, great Shravakas, givers, those born and those who contemplate, sons of dragon protectors and those with fame, with a retinue of many hundreds of thousands of Arhats, I request you to descend. The great thousand realms and other small continents, the solitary forests, groves, and rivers of Jambudvipa, lotuses and lotus leaves, rich with fragrance, where the noble assemblies dwell. Great Elder, Arhat, possessor of qualities, abiding in the body of remaining life force, for the sake of sentient beings, with compassion, consider this now, upon whatever offerings are arranged for accumulating merit, for the sake of love, with loving-kindness and compassion, I request you to descend. Recite the complete section up to this point three times, or the extensive version once, and the five lines from "Great Elder" onwards twice, to request that you listen. Root: All the Buddhas of the ten directions together with their sons, the fire of wisdom blazing, drying up the ocean of afflictions, abiding in the field of liberation and merit, the Shravaka Sangha of the ten directions, please abide, I invite you as the field of merit for offerings, for the benefit of beings, I request you to descend with offerings, protectors of beings.
