In all situations of lying down and activity, I pray that you, venerable one, will hold me with your compassion! Recite whatever praises you know extensively, and maintain the visualization of gathering and dispersing as before. Recite as many heart mantras as possible, such as hundreds of thousands, and also recite long mantras as much as you can. Cleanse the torma. OM SVABHAVA SHUDDHA SARVA DHARMA SVABHAVA SHUDDHO HAM (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: OM, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure, I), transform into emptiness. From within emptiness, from the syllable OM, transform into a vast and expansive jeweled vessel, within which, from OM AH HUNG (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: OM, AH, HUNG), transform into the nectar of wisdom made from the three whites and three sweets. You who abide in the ten directions, the guardians of the world, and the lords of the land, the local deities, etc., accept this offering torma, and fulfill my wishes! May the eight great nagas and the guardians of the directions, the local deities, etc., depart to their places! Finally, like blowing on a mirror with the syllable HA, from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, dissolve into light and merge into the HRIH (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: HRIH) at your heart. Then, visualize it dissolving upwards, and rest in equanimity. Front generation: Here, dissolve into the support with "together with form," etc. During the session breaks, place tsatsas. Recite the hundred names of Avalokiteshvara. Dedicate the merit as a cause for great enlightenment. Thus, the sadhana lineage of the noble Lion's Roar, and the combined practice lineage of the mind treasure, combined into one stream, this great blessing, is like this mind treasure.

The disciple takes a bath, dispels obstacles, and contemplates the protective circle, saying these words: Omniscient one, holder of the treasury of wisdom, Teacher, please consider me!
