I, facing west, scatter white flowers on the altar in front of me, placing the wheel and instruments on it. Arrange the offerings as you can. First, practice the self-generation of Hayagriva, the secret accomplishment, or any kind of Hayagriva practice, and then perform purification and bathing as usual. Then, purify the wheel with the Hayagriva mantra, and purify with स्वाभाव (svabhāva, Devanagari: स्वभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, meaning: self-nature). From emptiness, from the syllable Pam (Tibetan: པཾ།) arises a lotus, and from the syllable Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།) arises a sun mandala, on which from the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) arises the center of various vajras, marked with the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). From this, light radiates, and within the vast and wide protection wheel consisting of a vajra ground, fence, net, tent, awning, and blazing fire of wisdom, the elephant is extremely stable, radiant, and possesses supreme power and strength. In the center, adorned with complete jewel ornaments, is the white Buddha Dakini. In the four directions of the outer circle are the blue Vajra Dakini, the yellow Ratna Dakini, the red Padma Dakini, and the green Karma Dakini. All the Dakinis are fully adorned with Dakini ornaments. Around the perimeter are countless activity Dakinis, each performing their own tasks. The spaces in between are adorned with the eight auspicious symbols. On the foreheads of the deities that appear in this way is the white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), on the throats is the red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah), and on the hearts is the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). Light radiates from the seed syllables in the hearts of oneself and the deities generated in front, inviting the wisdom beings who are similar to the visualized ones from their natural abodes. Om Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ओम् वज्र समा ज, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra samāja, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Union) Jah Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ) merge and become one, inseparable. Again, light radiates from the seed syllable in the heart, inviting the five families of empowerment deities along with their retinues. Om Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ओम् वज्र समा ज, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra samāja, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Union) Please bestow empowerment upon this. After making this request, the empowerment deities say: Om Vajri Bhava Abhishincha Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲཱི་བྷ་བ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: ओम् वज्री भव अभिषिञ्च हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ, literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Become, Empower, Hum), and bestow empowerment with the water of the vase, filling the body, purifying defilements, and from the remaining water overflowing upwards, the lords of their respective families adorn the crown. Purify the offerings, bless them. Offer with Om Daka Dakini Saparivara Argham etc. Glorious Vajra Dakini, the Chakravartin of Dakinis, possessing five wisdoms, attaining the three bodies, I prostrate to you who protect beings. Thus praise. Light radiates from one's own heart.
