Among the many new and old teachings and treasures that have appeared and are widely known, this comes from the Hayagriva Secret Assembly Dharma class, one of the four sections of the profound treasure collection of Dharma King Ratna Lingpa. In order to accomplish the life-force empowerment wish-fulfilling treasury of the power deity, the red-speared Namse (རྣམ་སྲས།, Sanskrit: वैश्रवण, Vaiśravaṇa, literally: Vaishravana), etc., first offer a mandala. Visualize the master as the glorious Lord of Secrets, and with strong devotion, join your palms with flowers and pray, repeating after me: Kye! Holder of the secret of all Buddhas, Vajradhara, please consider! Completely perfect the great accumulation of merit and wisdom, For the sake of benefiting beings, engage in vast activities, Please grant the empowerment of the great lord of wealth! Repeat three times. The lama gives the answer: Worldly gain and fame, Bound by the desires of one's own mind, This is not suitable for those who are unfavorable, Those who engage in the vast accumulation of two merits, It is suitable to give to those who engage in the benefit of both. After asking, give the answer, repeating after me: Gain and fame, pleasing words, The eight worldly concerns are not for this life, Offer to the Three Jewels and protect the poor and weak, Please grant permission to accomplish the two accumulations! Repeat three times. If you do not deviate from this principle, then it is permissible to give. First, in order to purify the mindstream, visualize the master as the Lord of Secrets, and in the sky, in all directions, the three roots and victorious ones are densely packed like clouds. In their presence, practice the eight-limbed confession in the proper manner, repeating after me: Vajra Master, Buddha, auspicious! etc. three times. Then, for the sake of the actual empowerment, visualize yourself instantaneously transforming into the glorious Vajrapani, with a dark blue-black body, the right hand raising a vajra, the left hand holding a bell with a threatening gesture at the heart. Adorned with silk, jewels, and snakes, with an angry expression. With both feet in a stretched and bent posture on a lotus and sun disc seat, standing proudly in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. And visualize the offerings in front of you appearing in this way as well. The torma in front is the joyous grove of the willow-branched one, etc., as described in the above manifestation. Omit "tsa le." On a seat of stacked suns, the great king Vaishravana, etc., until one is involuntarily subdued and brought under control. On its four sides are the four great wealth-giving sisters.

That one, surrounded by the eight wealth-granting divine horses and the eight great Nagas, abiding inseparably as the union of samaya and wisdom, is invited to the crown of your head and blessed. From the three places, three rays of white, red, and blue light emanate. As they dissolve into your three places, generate the faith that you have received the complete empowerment and blessings of the great king's body, speech, and mind. Hold the offering torma. Hūṃ! Arise, arise, great king! From the palace of Willow Grove, just as your former commitment, come to this place and bestow great blessings! Torma, precious wish-fulfilling treasure, is inseparable from the king's body. May you receive the empowerment of the wish-fulfilling treasure! The great commitment of the past, always worshiping and praying, grant the accomplishments of inexhaustible treasures. May you master the treasury of the sky! O great king! Grant this fortunate son of lineage the supreme empowerment to subdue the three realms and the three existences, to employ the three existences as servants, and to enjoy the treasure of all desires! Place the red spear and the victory banner on the right side. Hūṃ! Controlling the three realms and the three existences, this red spear is a symbol of bravery, a symbol of piercing the consciousness of beings. The burning banner stirs the minds. Raise the victory banner of the teachings in the ten directions. May the undying victory banner bring auspiciousness. By bestowing the empowerment of the skillful implements, may the three realms gather under your control!
