The treasure of the mongoose that fulfills all needs and desires; Enjoy the precious wealth of the three thousand worlds; The iron hook attracts the consciousness of beings; Gather kings, ministers, subjects, and territories; Empowered by the wisdom hand symbol; After ruling over the three realms; May the power of a universal monarch be obtained! Secret samaya substance unsurpassed; Draw the consciousness of all from the heart; Make all rejoice and gather; The life stone is the support of the king's life; Accompany like body and shadow; May the power of unchanging spontaneous accomplishment be obtained! Citta Sarva Rṇitri Hrīṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: चित्त सर्व र्णित्रि ह्रीं, Romanized Sanskrit: citta sarva rṇitri hrīṃ, Literal Meaning: Mind, All, Splendor, Hrīṃ) Cakra Samaya Abhiṣiñca Maṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: चक्र समय अभिषिञ्च मं, Romanized Sanskrit: cakra samaya abhiṣiñca maṃ, Literal Meaning: Wheel, Vow, Anoint, Maṃ) Believe that the great king, together with his retinue, is entrusted to you as a command attendant. Place the torma in your hand and the sadhana text in your heart. Hūṃ! From today onwards, you, my son, and the great Dharma King are inseparable; Perform activities according to your command; The sadhana of the protector should not be prolonged; Invoke offerings, praises, fulfillments, and restorations; Like servants, obedient listeners, and messengers; Your activities will be accomplished. After such admonishment, place a drop of inner offering nectar mixed with torma on the disciple's tongue. The disciple mixes the nectar into the torma and contemplates that the great king and the samaya are inseparably merged. This is a teaching that is only permissible for those who hold the lineage, and not otherwise. Then admonish as follows: Hūṃ! The great king of the eighth bhumi and you, the son of a fortunate lineage, are inseparable as one samaya; Always diligently make offerings and praises; Accomplishment and support substances should be fully possessed; All activities will be accomplished. Vaiśravaṇāya Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वैश्रवणाय जः हुं वं होः, Romanized Sanskrit: vaiśravaṇāya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Meaning: Vaishravana, Jaḥ, Hūṃ, Vaṃ, Hoḥ) Samaya Sattvaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: समय सत्त्वं, Romanized Sanskrit: samaya sattvaṃ, Literal Meaning: Vow, Being) The order of admonishments as such, practice properly, protect the common and special samayas without degeneration, and never transgress them, so do not be separated from mindfulness. May it be auspicious! May all the life, glory, and splendor of the great king be attained by this son of lineage! Vajra Ayushe Punye Sarva Siddhi Abhishintsa Om Ah Hum! (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་པུཎྱེ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：वज्र आयुषे पुण्ये सर्व सिद्धि अभिषिञ्च ओम आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āyuṣe puṇye sarva siddhi abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚 寿命 福德 一切 成就 灌顶 嗡 阿 吽！) Hand over the increasing tsok substances, food and drink, and let him consume them. Hum! Inexhaustible wealth, precious treasure, food, provisions, and drink, may all activities be accomplished, and enjoyment increased. Since this complete and perfect tsok wheel is handed over, enjoyment is equal to that of a king. May you enjoy the inexhaustible treasury of the sky, and may you obtain the power of the wish-fulfilling treasure! Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Maha Punye Ayushe Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum! Thus give and extensively pronounce auspicious words. Therefore, since the four complete empowerments like a wish-fulfilling jewel, together with the subsequent permission and the entrusted seals, have been obtained, connect with these and so on. Take vows. Perform the offering mandala and so on as in the common practice. The master should consecrate the torma offering. If possible, perform the fulfillment ritual, and if gathering, perform the torma offering, praise, and so on extensively, as mentioned in the immediately preceding sequence. If the remains of the torma offering are given to butchers, dogs, outsiders, etc., the accomplishments will vanish, so the practitioner and disciples should enjoy them. From the great cloud of the blessing of the wealth deity, may a torrential rain of desired things fall, may the poverty of beings be completely eliminated, and may the fresh bloom of perfect youth be revealed! Previously, these were only explained based on the treasure texts, but it is very rare to remember the practice lineage of the predecessors. Seeing that there are shortcomings of increase and decrease following the wise and foolish in practice, Padma Garwang Trinle Drodul Tsal composed this in the palace of Dzongshod Deshek Duspa as a mere reminder for myself.
