Om Nilam Bharadhara Vajrapani Yaksha Raja Kubera, Biruta Sibtib, Me Hum Hum Phet Phet, Vaishramanaya Svaha. Om Bhetra Ratsi Ya Svaha. Om Bheta Ka Ye Svaha. Om Mutra Ye Svaha. Om Hum Raja Yaksha Triuku Nanan. Recite this mantra at the appropriate time. At the appropriate time, perform offerings and torma offerings. Recite fierce mantras at the right time. Do it in a place unseen by people. This is the first binding. The second binding is done as follows: On a wooden plank four fingers wide, write this mantra three times, and then hide it on the upper lintel of the door. Om Tara Hum Drum, Phrom Phrom Kila Be Phet. I pray for protection from my losses, I pray for protection. This will seal off the harm-doer. It is said that it can withstand the loss of wealth and livestock. On juniper stakes, write this mantra and recite it one hundred and eight times. Then drive the stakes in. If it is inserted into the pillars of the house, it will seal off the essence of the food. Om Rulu Mulu Tsandi Svaha. Om Rulu Tsandhe Svaha. There is also the practice of writing and reciting the mantra. If you do not know the binding of the essence, even if a poor person practices, it is like a merchant being defeated by an enemy. Even if you gain, you will be harmed by losses. Therefore, be sure to cherish this method. This was said by Dro Zang Nyingpo. All those who wish to practice Vaishravana, if they do not know the five key instructions, it is like going to a gold mine empty-handed. How can one attain accomplishment? This precious instruction was made by the Brahmin Dro Zang Nyingpo. He passed it on to Pandit Chittadeva, he passed it on to Zangkar Lotsawa, he passed it on to Balti Bodhisattva Gyaltsen. ༈. When practicing Vaishravana, the method of suppressing the essence is: draw a small wheel, close it, dig a triangular pit under your bed, put it in there and suppress it. In this way, the obstacles of male and female spirits cannot penetrate. The supplementary method for sealing off evil spirits is: mix tsampa made from the first rice pounded by a widow with butter.
