Gather. From the south, a hundred thousand trillion jewel dakinis. Gods and demons, fierce in the work of pride. Accept the vast offerings and dispel obstacles. Gather the banners in the state of equality wisdom. From the west, a hundred thousand trillion lotus dakinis. Gods and demons, fierce in the work of desire. Accept the empowering offerings and dispel obstacles. Gather the banners in the state of discriminating wisdom. From the north, a hundred thousand trillion karma dakinis, green and black. Gods and demons, fierce in the work of jealousy. Accept the wrathful offerings and dispel obstacles. Gather the banners in the state of accomplishing wisdom. The heroes and dakinis, dharma protectors of the four corners, also. With their respective servants, gods and demons, and the eight classes. Accept the offerings of the four activities and dispel obstacles. Gather their respective banners into the dharmadhatu. All phenomena are the pure lands of the Buddhas and dakinis. The fruit of the three kayas is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. In the dharmadhatu, there is no change of good or bad. In the state of equality, avert the harm of conceptual thoughts. If counting, bless the offerings separately with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Count for offering the five families and four activities. When the count is complete, offer the five families' torma in the center of the roof, and the four activities in the four directions. Then offer golden drink. I pray that you avert the arrogance of the heroes and dakinis who control the four activities, filling the dharmadhatu and the expanse of the sky, and the eight classes. With the truth of the gurus, yidams, and dakinis, avert past karma, sudden disasters, bad omens, and obstacles, as well as decline, fear, curses, and black magic. Avert the arrogance that steals life, takes life, power, glory, authority, and radiance, splendor, and majesty. May the army of dharma protectors and guardians avert the rise and fall of soul life, life force, and breath life, as well as decline and unbearable omens of untimely death. May the power of the heroes and dakinis cut off all evil conditions. Gurus and yidams, with compassion, protect us now, and grant us the accomplishment of the immortal vajra on this seat. Again, make the body substitute. Oṃ Āḥ Kā Ro Mu Khaṃ Sarva Dharmāṇāṃ Ādya Nutpannatvāt Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Bless it thus. In the great sphere of E-vaṃ union, skillful means and wisdom, E Yaṃ Ra Suṃ Keṃ Raṃ Bhrūṃ light, Oṃ Hūṃ Trāṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ and Āli and Kāli, the essence of interdependent origination of skillful means and wisdom union, the light body of samadhi.

Clouds of joyful offerings gathered together, As ornaments of play in the profound and secret Vajra realm, The ransom effigy, an ornament of the play of wisdom appearances, In the state of great transference, constant, stable, and unchangeable, I offer to the field of the luminous Vajra essence. Having accepted it, pacify the conceptual thoughts of grasping at reality and characteristics, May the radiance of clinging to birth and death vanish into a rainbow body! If accumulating the number of ransom effigies, then after each small effigy has been blessed and offered as above, Of the supreme realm, the clear light, pure Vajra Mother, of all the Buddhas of the three times and ten directions, The hundred thousand wisdom Ḍākinīs, a gathering of lineages, The Vajra realm, co-emergent, one taste in samsara and nirvāṇa, And the glorious Torma, majestic in its blazing light body, The clouds of offerings, the great bliss and perfect abundance of samsara and nirvāṇa, Accept them from the expanse of naturally arising purity. Turn back all obstacles of clinging to names into the Dharmakāya, In the indestructible, secret, supreme Vajra space, Gather the illusory play of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, In the luminous state of the realm of Samantabhadrī, In the center of the heart tent, transform into immortal nectar, Aḥ! (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A!) Thus, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, send the Torma and body effigies to the west. Cut off the boundaries with fierce mantras. Meditate on the Vajra protection circle. Make extensive dedication, aspiration, and auspiciousness! If it is for the sake of the Lama and others, then after meditating on the protection circle, recite many prayers for the stability of each one's feet, or the general commentary on the stable residence.
