Adorned with turquoise silk and red brocade, the Dharmakaya is the realm of no birth and no death; with two feet entwined around the father's waist, I praise the introduction to the realm of bliss and emptiness; the deities of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, adorned by the five lords of life, I praise the granting of life empowerment and accomplishments; residing in the swift mother of life, I praise the swift accomplishment of life empowerment activities; the four Dharmapalas of the four gates, I praise the swift accomplishment of the four activities; Recitation practice: Visualize oneself as Amitayus, with the seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: She) on a sun disc at the heart, surrounded by a garland of mantras rotating clockwise, radiating light to the ten directions of the pure lands, offering to the Buddhas, gathering the essence of life, dissolving into the seed syllable at the heart, from which light radiates outwards, gathering the life, merit, and wealth of the six realms of beings, the life and merit taken away by demons, dissolve into ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: She) and the garland of mantras, in this state, recite as much as possible: Om Amaraṇi Jīvantī Svāhā! May we quickly complete the accumulation of great merit and attain the supreme state of enlightenment. The confession is: We are controlled by carelessness, from the root and branch vows, we confess all transgressions. The offering of leftovers is: Dakini who has power over the leftovers, with a blue body and three eyes, red hair covering the upper body, five dry skulls adorning the head, the upper body covered with human skin, holding a curved knife and skull cup in her hands, wearing a tiger skin skirt and a garland of human heads, riding a nine-headed iron wolf horse, cherishing those who are loyal to their vows, uttering piercing songs from her mouth, please accept this leftover Torma, to spread the Buddha's teachings, please slay the enemies of the Lama, do not be negligent, be the protector of longevity, quickly accomplish the entrusted tasks. From the past until now, the Lord Amitayus, Orgyen father and mother, and the emanations and re-emanations of the Vidyadhara sons, how each of you has promised and vowed, please accept this red Torma of flesh and blood, the twenty-one lay practitioners and the white-sided local deities, do not be negligent, as supporters, helpers, and backers, please accomplish the tasks entrusted to the yogi. The Earth Goddesses are: In the beginning of the past kalpa, Dharma King Tsangpa, with the flower of the gods, in order to establish the Dharma in the white land of Tibet, when inviting the Vidyadhara master Padmasambhava, the twelve Earth Goddesses and their retinues, offered their life essence and were granted empowerment and vows, promising to protect the mandala of longevity, please accept this red Torma of flesh and blood, stimulate the vows, dispel non-Dharmic obstacles, avert border wars.
