莲花之座上，消除无明黑暗之日月之上，智慧长寿之诸神众，欢喜稳固而安住，祈请赐予长寿灌顶成就，顶礼不死之神！班杂萨玛雅底叉蓝（藏文，वज्र समय तिष्ठ लन्，vajra samaya tiṣṭha lan，金刚誓句安住），阿底布火（藏文，अति पू हो，ati pū ho，极供养），扎底扎火（藏文，प्रति ज हो，prati ja ho，受纳）。 供养是：供水八功德水，足浴源源不断之水，形状美好奇妙之鲜花，气味芬芳之各种香，消除无明黑暗之光明，消除痛苦之香水，具百味之食物，以及迷人之乐器声等，以各种供品，供养金刚长寿之诸神众。嗡 班杂阿甘（藏文，ॐ वज्र अर्घं，oṃ vajra arghaṃ，嗡 金刚 供品）等至夏布达扎底扎布匝麦嘎萨木札萨帕惹纳萨玛雅阿吽（藏文，शब्द प्रतीच्छ पूजा मेघ समुद्र स्फरण समय आः हुं，śabda pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaya āḥ hūṃ，声音 受纳 供养 云 海 遍布 誓句 阿 吽）。供药是：以八万药混合之甘露，供养持明传承上师，以及薄伽梵长寿之诸神众，欢喜受用，赐予长寿之悉地。嗡 萨瓦 班匝 阿弥利达 卡嘿（藏文，ॐ सर्व पञ्चामृत खा हि，oṃ sarva pañcāmṛta khā hi，嗡 所有 五甘露 吃）。供血是：三界血之源源不断之物，以无漏血之大精华，供养不死长寿之诸神众，欢喜受用，赐予长寿之悉地。嗡 玛哈 惹嘎 卡嘿（藏文，ॐ महारक्त खा हि，oṃ mahārakta khā hi，嗡 大血 吃）。供朵玛是：百种精华混合之大朵玛，供养不死长寿之诸神众，于五智之自性中供养，欢喜受用，赐予长寿之悉地。嗡 玛哈 巴林达 卡嘿（藏文，ॐ महाबलिन्त खा हि，oṃ mahābalinta khā hi，嗡 大食子 吃）。赞颂是：善逝薄伽梵，救护无与伦比之佛身，众生之怙主无量寿，顶礼父母双运之身！如红莲宝山，太阳光芒般闪耀，消除众生之热恼，顶礼光辉无量之您！三眼明见三时，彻底撼动三界轮回，五部之顶饰庄严发髻，顶礼引导六道之您！以绫罗绸缎缠绕上下，以方便调伏随顺之众生，双手持着装饰华丽之长寿宝瓶，顶礼赐予长寿悉地者！以各种珍宝璎珞庄严，是赐予四种事业之象征，怀抱白衣，安乐欢喜，顶礼方便智慧无离者！发髻以五部庄严，是五身无离之象征，手持弯刀颅碗血，顶礼断除能取所取生殖者！上身下身

Upon the lotus seat, above the sun and moon that dispel the darkness of ignorance, may the assembly of wisdom longevity deities, joyfully and steadfastly reside, and grant the accomplishment of longevity empowerment. I prostrate to the immortal deities! Vajra Samaya Tishtha Lhan (藏文，वज्र समय तिष्ठ लन्，vajra samaya tiṣṭha lan，Vajra commitment abide), Ati Pū Ho (藏文，अति पू हो，ati pū ho，Supreme offering), Prati Ja Ho (藏文，प्रति ज हो，prati ja ho，Accept). The offerings are: water with eight qualities of offering, water for washing feet that is continuous, flowers of excellent shape and beauty, various fragrant incenses, light that dispels the darkness of ignorance, scented water that alleviates suffering, food with a hundred flavors, and sounds of captivating music, etc. With various kinds of offerings, I offer to the Vajra longevity deities. Om Vajra Argham (藏文，ॐ वज्र अर्घं，oṃ vajra arghaṃ，Om Vajra Offering) and so on, to Shabda Pratīccha Pūjā Megha Samudra Spharaṇa Samaya Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文，शब्द प्रतीच्छ पूजा मेघ समुद्र स्फरण समय आः हुं，śabda pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaya āḥ hūṃ，Sound Accept Offering Cloud Ocean Pervading Commitment Āḥ Hūṃ). The medicine offering is: with this nectar compounded from eighty thousand herbs, I offer to the Vidyadhara lineage lamas, and the Bhagavan longevity deities. Please accept with joy and grant the siddhi of longevity. Om Sarva Pañcāmṛta Khā Hi (藏文，ॐ सर्व पञ्चामृत खा हि，oṃ sarva pañcāmṛta khā hi，Om All Five Nectars Eat). The blood offering is: the continuous substance of blood from the three realms, with the great essence of uncontaminated blood, I offer to the immortal longevity deities. Please accept with joy and grant the siddhi of longevity. Om Mahā Rakta Khā Hi (藏文，ॐ महारक्त खा हि，oṃ mahārakta khā hi，Om Great Blood Eat). The torma offering is: the great torma compounded from a hundred essences of grains, to the immortal longevity deities, I offer in the nature of the five wisdoms. Please accept with joy and grant the siddhi of longevity. Om Mahā Balinta Khā Hi (藏文，ॐ महाबलिन्त खा हि，oṃ mahābalinta khā hi，Om Great Food Eat). The praise is: Sugata Bhagavan, the incomparable protector Buddha body, the protector of beings, Amitayus, I praise the indivisible body of the father and mother! Like a mountain of ruby lotus, with the radiance of the sun's light, dispelling the heat of beings, I praise you, whose glory is limitless! Three eyes clearly seeing the three times, completely shaking the samsara of the three realms, the crown of the five families adorns the hair knot, I praise you, who guides the six realms! Wrapping the upper and lower parts with silk brocade, skillfully subduing the beings who follow, holding the ornamented longevity vase in both hands, I praise you, who grants the siddhi of longevity! Adorned with various precious garlands, is the symbol of granting the four activities, pleased with bliss, embracing the white cloth, I praise the one who is inseparable from skillful means and wisdom! The hair knot adorned with the five families, is the symbol of the five bodies being inseparable, holding the curved knife and skull cup of blood, I praise the one who cuts the lineage of grasping and clinging!
