གྲུབ་ཆེན་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ། ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ། འཁོན་སྟོན་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལྷུན་གྲུབ། ཟུར་ཆེན་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་རང་གྲོལ། ངག་གི་དབང་ཕྱུག་བློ་བཟང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནས། བདག་ཅག་གི་དྲིན་ཅན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་བར་དུ་བྱོན་པའི་རྩ་བ་དང་བརྒྱུད་པར་བཅས་པའི་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག །སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཀྱི་ན་ཚ། སེམས་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ། བར་ཆད་དང་ཆག་སྒོ་ཉམ་ང་ཡོད་པ། སྟེང་གདོན་གཟའ། འོག་གདོན་ཀླུ། བར་གདོན་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གནོད་པ་དང་། དུས་མ་ཡིན་པར་འཆི་བའི་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ སྲུངས་ཤིག །ཅེས་དང་། གཟུངས་རིང་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་ཚེ་ཆང་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་བདུད་རྩིའི་ངོ་བོ་ཚེ་ཆང་འདི་ཉིད་ཞལ་དུ་གསོལ་བས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་རྩ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་འཆི་མེད་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་། རང་བཞིན་བརྒྱད་ཅུའི་ཀུན་རྟོག་དབྱིངས་སུ་འགགས། ཉམས་བདེ་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེས། རྩ་རླུང་ཐིག་ལེའི་ནུས་པ་ཉམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོར་ཆུད། འཆི་མེད་ཀྱི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ། ཁྱད་པར་དུའང་རྫོགས་རིམ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱས་སྙམ་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅེས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ལ་ཚེ་ཆང་སྦྱིན། ཚེ་རིལ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། འཁོར་འདས་ཀྱི་དྭངས་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོ་ཚེའི་རིལ་བུ་འདི་ཉིད་ཞལ་དུ་གསོལ་བས་བཞི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞིའི་ནད། སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུའི་བགེགས། བར་ཆད་དང་ཆག་སྒོ་ཡོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཞིང་དག །འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ། ཁྱད་པར་དུའང་བཅུད་ལེན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྐལ་བ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་སྙམ་པ་མཛོད། ཅེས་དང་། བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚེ་བརྟན་དཔལ་གྱི་ཟས། །སྙིང་པོ་བསྡུས་པའི་བཅུད་འདི་ནི། །དེ་རིང་བུ་ཡིས་བཟའ་བར་གྱིས། །འདི་ཟོས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །ཞལ་ཟས་བརྟེན་ན་ནད་ཀུན་ལས། །གྲོལ་འགྱུར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་བྱ་མི་དགོས། །ཞེས་དང་སྔགས་བཟླ་ཞིང་ཚེ་རིལ་སྦྱིན། དེ་ནས་རྗེས་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མི་ཉམས་པར་བྱ་བའི་སླད་དུ་ཚེ་བཅིང་བ་ནི། ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་གར་ཚེ་རྟེན་འོད་དཀར་པོའི་དབུས་སུ་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་ཡི་གེ་ནྲྀའི་རྣམ་པ་ཉི་ཟླ་གྭའུ་ཁ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཉིད། རྡོ་རྗེ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཐག་པས་བར་མཚམས་མེད་པར་བཅིངས་པར་མོས་པ་མཛོད། སྙིང་གར་རྡོ་རྗེ་རེག་ཅིང་། ཉི་ཟླ་གྭའུ་ཁ་སྦྱོར་དག །མི་ཕྱེད་སྲ་བརྟན་རྡོ་

大成就者吉祥金刚，一切智者索南嘉措，昆敦华琼隆珠，祖钦曲英让卓，语自在者洛桑嘉措等，直至我等之恩重根本上师之间，所有根本及传承之吉祥上师圣众，请加持！祈愿消除这些弟子们身体的疾病、内心的痛苦、一切障碍、挫折和恐惧，以及上方的曜神、下方的龙、中间的国王之害，和一切非时而死的怖畏。 念诵长咒。之后，依靠长寿酒进行灌顶：饮用这不死甘露之本体的长寿酒，令身体内部七万二千脉充满不死甘露，八十种自性分别念止息于法界，生起乐空无别之禅定于相续中，恢复所有脉、气、明点的衰损之力量，获得不死之持明。特别是，观想通过修习圆满次第而具有修持长寿之缘分。念诵咒语，给予长寿酒。依靠长寿丸进行灌顶：服食这汇集轮涅一切精华之本体的长寿丸，清净消除四百零四种疾病、八万种魔障，以及一切障碍和挫折。获得不死长寿之持明。特别是，观想通过服食精华而具有修持长寿之缘分。念诵：吉祥长寿具光彩之食物，此乃汇集精华之精粹，今日弟子当食之，食此成就无量寿佛。依靠食物，无需怀疑，将从一切疾病中解脱。念诵咒语，给予长寿丸。 之后，为了使长寿之成就永不衰退，进行长寿系缚：观想在你们各自的心间，于白色光芒的长寿所依中，有识的种子字（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），以日月嘎乌盒相合之形式存在。观想其被金刚结的绳索毫无间隙地系缚。心间触碰金刚杵，日月嘎乌盒。

Great Accomplisher, Glorious Vajra; Omniscient Sonam Gyatso; Khonton Paljor Lhundrup; Zurchen Choying Rangdrol; Ngakgi Wangchuk Lobsang Gyatso, and so forth, up to my own kind root guru, bless all the glorious and holy root and lineage lamas! May the sickness of body, suffering of mind, obstacles, setbacks, and fears of these disciples, the harm from upper spirits, lower nagas, and intermediate kings, and all fears of untimely death be protected. Recite the long dharani. Then, based on longevity wine, empowerment is given: By drinking this longevity wine, the essence of immortal life nectar, may the seventy-two thousand inner channels of the body be filled with immortal nectar, may the eighty types of self-nature conceptualizations cease in the dharmadhatu, may the samadhi of bliss and emptiness arise in the mindstream, may all the diminished power of channels, winds, and bindus be restored, may the immortal vidyadhara be attained. Especially, may you have the fortune to practice longevity through the completion stage. Recite the mantra and give longevity wine. Based on longevity pills, empowerment is given: By consuming this longevity pill, the essence of all the pure essence of samsara and nirvana, may the four hundred and four diseases, the eighty thousand obstacles, and all obstacles and setbacks be purified and eliminated. May the immortal longevity vidyadhara be attained. Especially, may you have the fortune to practice longevity through essence extraction. Recite: Auspicious, long-lasting, glorious food, this is the essence of condensed essence, today the disciple should eat it, eating this, one attains Buddha Amitayus. Relying on food, there is no need to doubt, one will be liberated from all diseases. Recite the mantra and give longevity pills. Then, in order to prevent the accomplishment of longevity from diminishing, the longevity binding is performed: Visualize that in the heart of each of you, in the center of the white light of the longevity support, is the seed syllable of consciousness (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥) in the form of the sun and moon gahu box combined.
