Venerable one, closely bound by the lineage of descendants, may it be unmoving and steadfast forever. Then, the protection of life: Again, in an instant, visualize the student as Amitāyus, at the pulse gate of the eyebrow center, glorious Hayagriva holding a curved knife and skull cup, residing in the midst of blazing flames with a terrifying appearance, protecting all obstacles. Visualize at the door of the pulse at the eyebrow center, the powerful deity of Hayagriva, with unbearable splendor, protecting all obstacles to life. Recite the mantra and apply a vermillion dot on the eyebrow center of all students. Celebrating the feast of life and auspiciousness: Visualize in the sky above you, Amitāyus, the Buddhas, along with the lamas of the life-leading lineage, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and dakinis, Dharma protectors and guardians, vidyadharas of gods and humans, surrounded, showering flowers, playing music, and wishing auspiciousness with auspicious songs. In the vast sky in front, the root guru Amitāyus, the lineage gurus dense like clouds, the yidam deity assembly surrounded, the mothers and dakinis dancing, the Dharma protectors and guardians serving as servants, the sound of pleasant melodies thundering like a thousand dragons, auspicious flowers falling like rain, to all fortunate beings gathered here, may there be the auspiciousness of immortal life! May there be the auspiciousness of wealth and fame! May there be the auspiciousness of great bliss and wisdom! May there be the auspiciousness of fulfilling wishes! Thus it is said, and also recite various auspicious verses, scatter flowers, play beautiful music, promise vows, and offer gratitude.

Offer the mandala, offer body and possessions, dedicate the merits, etc., as usual, and then the students return to their respective places. After praying like this, if you want to be brief, you can visualize like this again without praying. From the mantra garland at the heart of the visualized Amitayus in front, light radiates, retracting your life and merit, what has been stolen, what has been taken, all that has decreased, as well as the essence of the elements, the life and merit of all sentient beings, all the perfections of the three realms, and all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples, dissolving into the mantra garland. From it, a stream of nectar descends, the vase is filled with deathless nectar, empowering from the crown of the head, filling the entire inside of the body and washing the entire outside, purifying all the diseases, evil spirits, and defilements accumulated from beginningless time. All the diminished life and merit are restored. From the Amitayus in the vase, a second one identical to oneself appears, dissolving into you, generating the faith of attaining the deathless life-holding awareness holder. After saying this, recite the mantra and empower. If you want to elaborate, then recite the Power of Truth. In any case, while reciting the longevity dharani, offer longevity wine and longevity pills, and recite any auspicious verses. Count in this way.
