嘎朵雄爪合掌，珍贵的生命藏于心中，身体的元素铺为座垫，权势的元素穿为衣裳，风马的头颅口中衔，命曜扛在肩之上，供养赞颂并顶礼。 年月时辰莫颠倒，三百六十种灾障遣除，于我及施主眷属等，莫降年煞赐予年神，掌管方位的、掌管田地的、仙人星曜等，国王大臣妃嫔臣民之形相，色瓦马身人头，哈拉狗身狗头者，土地神君臣十七位，供养赞颂并祈求救护，年月之方位不净处，做柯隆朵玛之事所造，所有罪过皆令消除。 绿松石龙、黄金蛙、海螺狮子与，跳跃鱼、黄金猴、豹之尾，铜牛、石羊、犅根龙，水晶白鹏等，所有世间厉神类，供养赞颂并祈求救护，厉神疾病皆令消除，清净智慧之四门，显现为世间四护之相，虎龙鸟与蛙之形，供养赞颂并祈求救护，守护四方增长四祥，赐予不变坚固之成就。 此外此地所居之，地方神、居士、地主等，供养赞颂并顶礼，为我等作依靠助伴与后盾，我与财施之施主，身化无数微尘数，心怀忏悔恭敬与虔诚，于地藏菩萨眷属众，顶礼忏悔皆令成。 嗡 恰 嘿ra 匝 拿摩 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ kṣiṃ hīrā jā na mo hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，恰，嘿ra，匝，顶礼，吽)，嗡 普日提 德威 拿摩 吽(藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pṛthi devi na mo hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，普日提，天女，顶礼，吽)，嗡 萨瓦 布弥 巴地 拿摩 吽(藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva bhūmi pati na mo hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，土地，主，顶礼，吽)。此时若有病人令其顶礼。 菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵地藏菩萨眷属众顶礼。 火！我与施主亲眷等，自无始劫至此生，所作不善不悦意之事，彼等一切皆忏悔，往后莫再造。 我与施主眷属之，父母祖父母七代等，子孙后代直至尽未来，年月八卦星宿等，生于不宜生之时辰

With the Gadok Khungder, palms joined in reverence, the precious life hidden within the heart, the elements of the body laid as a seat, the elements of power worn as garments, the head of the windhorse held in the mouth, the life planet carried on the shoulder, offering and praising, and also prostrating. May the years, months, days, and times not be reversed, may three hundred and sixty kinds of obstacles be averted, for me and the patrons with their retinue, may the year-slaying not descend, may the year-gods bestow treasures, the guardians of the directions, the tillers of the fields, the sages and planets, the forms of kings, ministers, consorts, subjects, and retinues, Sawa with the horse's body and human head, Hala with the dog's body and dog's head, the seventeen lords and ministers of the earth, offering and praising, and seeking refuge, in the impure places of the year and month's direction, having done the work of the Kolong Doma, may all faults and errors be eliminated. Turquoise dragon, golden frog, conch lion, leaping fish, golden monkey, leopard's tail, copper bull, stone sheep, copper dragon, crystal white garuda and so on, to all the fierce spirits of existence, offering and praising, and seeking refuge, may all fierce spirit diseases be eliminated, the four gates of pure wisdom, appearing as the aspect of the four guardians of the world, the forms of tiger, dragon, bird, and frog, offering and praising, and seeking refuge, protecting the four directions and increasing the four glories, bestowing unchanging, firm, and steadfast accomplishments. Furthermore, to the local deities, virtuous friends, and place owners residing in this region, offering and praising, and also prostrating, may they be our support, assistance, and backing, may I and the patrons who provide wealth, transform our bodies into countless dust-like particles, with minds full of remorse, respect, and reverence, to the Earth Store Bodhisattva and his retinue, may we perform prostrations and confessions, may it be accomplished. I and the patrons with our relatives and friends, from countless eons of lifetimes, up to this present body, the non-virtuous and unpleasant deeds that have been done, all of them we confess, may we not do them in the future. From the parents, grandparents, and seven generations of my patrons and retinue, to the children, grandchildren, and future generations, all the years, months, trigrams, planets, and stars, born at times when it is not appropriate to be born.
