To newly build temples, to construct statues and praise enemy deities, to reconcile disputes between gods and nagas, to cut off the spread of diseases, plagues, and leprosy, to pacify times of conflict and shatter swords, to bind curses, to reverse maledictions, to sever obstacles of the deceased, to liberate the sins of the dead, to transform the wrong views of others, etc., the transformations of substances, mantras, and mandalas should be done in common, or if you want to do it in detail, use whatever is needed, like accumulating a treasure of merits. Like this, gather substances from all directions, and the assistants for gathering should not be those who break vows, behave improperly, widows, lepers, defiled people, those who are cut off from lineage, blacksmiths, butchers, or other bad castes and those with disabilities, but rather those who are born of noble lineage, have pure reproductive power, are wealthy, have faith, compassion, and loving-kindness. Similarly, the earth, stones, water, and trees should also be taken from the unspoiled peaks of snow mountains of the royal caste, the noble caste from rocky mountains or mountain peaks, the Brahmins from white rocks like gatherings of vultures and meadows where flowers bloom, the commoners from places like mountain women, with marks like jewels or infants on laps, monkeys playing, the outcasts from black rocks, black mountains, angry Mongols, and places where swords, spears, and halberds are lined up, it is best if they can be taken from the peaks that see all the high mountains and rivers, if not, do not take from the lower parts of the mountains of the three castes of kings, nobles, and Brahmins. Then, spread out the substances and offer bathing, recite the mantras of blessing, completely abstain from smelly foods and utensils, and do not exhale breath, put the substances into the vase, without mixing up and down, fill them without gaps, and erect the life-tree in the center, without reversing front and back, and seal it without error. Such vases, arrange according to the amount and wealth, in front, on a clean and auspicious piece of land, place a white, smooth, and pleasing platform, the size depending on the situation, one fathom, etc., cleanse the ground with pure holy water, scatter flowers, and take it as an auspicious place. Draw sixteen large circles and bless the ground. With colored powder or white rice, draw a circle in the center, and around it draw circles of four petals, five petals, eight petals, twelve petals, and twenty-eight petals, surrounded by a pattern of holding the earth, draw the self-nature of the four elements in the four corners, draw four vases in the four directions, draw one large vase in the center, place vases and tormas on the lotus petals, and decorate them with their respective statues and banners, on top of the central vase

On top of the mandala, arrange a precious vase filled with continuously flowing water and twenty-five substances, adorned with a top ornament and necklace. Around the perimeter, create a green fence, connecting various trees, flowers, clouds, silk fabrics, colorful threads, and so on, and arrange five-colored arrow banners. Additionally, beautifully arrange the torma offerings of the Three Roots in a warm and blessed manner. These are the preliminary steps. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Second, the main part is divided into three: Nourishing one's own power; blessing the front generation; reciting in union. First, for any activity of the Three Roots, proceed uprightly, dispel obstacles; offer torma; subdue with mantras; to prevent disturbing the elements, drive boundary pegs; build cairns; meditate on the protective wheel; bathe the consort holding the vase and fumigate with medicinal incense; seal with chakra and decorative letter seals; to empower oneself, supplement the recitation; please the Three Roots, the ocean of oath-bound ones, with the tsok offering. Second, the blessing of the front generation: From the inconceivable emptiness of the mandala in front, from (བྷྲཱུྃ,bhūṃ, ഭൂം,seed syllable) arises the great powerful palace stacked in five layers, the palace of wisdom jewels, boundless and limitless, transparent inside and out, filled and expanded with rainbow light clusters, in the center of which, on the three-tiered platform of Mount Meru, the letter (བྷྲཱུྃ,bhūṃ, ഭൂം,seed syllable) descends and dissolves into light, from which arises the earth goddess, Tseringma, golden in color, holding a wish-fulfilling jewel and a treasure vase, adorned with silk and precious jewels; seated on a stable throne of elephant earth, surrounded by billions of earth lords; to the east is the tree goddess, green Tara, holding a wish-fulfilling tree; to the south is the fire goddess, red, holding a bright lamp; to the west is the iron goddess, white, holding an iron box; to the north is the water goddess, blue, holding a water vase; all of them have the attire of the main deity and are surrounded by their respective retinues; In the outer layer, in the middle of the playful ocean, the eight great nagas are surrounded by hundreds of thousands of naga retinues; on the golden mountains and precious walls, countless wealth-guarding yakshas reside in their respective meditations; in the surroundings, the twelve earth mothers pervade all four continents; the twenty-eight constellations; the gods of appearance and existence.
