吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字生出莲花日轮上，金刚顶髻忿怒尊之王，如暴雨乌云翻滚之色，根本面容二百青黑燃烧，右面二百黄色而微笑，左面二百绿色而忿怒，后面二百红色而绽放，上面二百白色而寂静，千手持着燃烧之剑，千眼如劫末之闪电般闪烁，双足立于投掷之势的火焰堆中，具足威严盛装之黑汝嘎，三界圆满于身之法界中，放射无量忿怒尊之云聚，三处以金刚三字（嗡啊吽）为标志，放光迎请智慧尊融入。 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！所有诅咒、降伏、恶咒之行，以具力之物加持增强，献于大忿怒尊之口中，于威严炽燃之界享用，以大喜悦之笑声，彻底摧毁诅咒恶咒之行！ 将线、垫子碎片、黑白芥子、唐菖蒲等焚烧，念诵事业咒语：萨尔瓦夏扎润尾格念玛拉雅卡卡卡嘿卡嘿（藏文：སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུན་བིགྷྣཱན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文天城体：सर्व शत्रून् विघटनान् मारय ख ख खा हि खा हि，梵文罗马拟音：sarva śatrūn vighaṭan māraya kha kha khā hi khā hi，汉语字面意思：摧毁一切怨敌障碍），哈哈嘿嘿吽啪（藏文：ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ह ह हि हि हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：ha ha hi hi hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：哈哈嘿嘿吽啪），并多次念诵断句。焚烧完毕后： 所有诅咒、降伏、护法等，皆为聚集之自性，伴随着威严之笑声，请享用于口中并彻底摧毁，最终忿怒尊化为火焰堆，以炽燃翻滚之热力，将所诛之诅咒及其习气，彻底焚烧殆尽。事业咒语最后念诵：所有苯教、巫师、咒师以恶念所为，使身语意三门遭受诅咒者，全部达哈达哈吽吽啪（藏文：ད་ཧ་ད་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：दह दह हुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：daha daha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：烧烧吽吽啪），念诵后，令所诛者于火中经过七次，将灰烬送入大河之中。如此以甚深仪轨，从诅咒、镇压之行中解脱，获得胜利，从此以后，为了守护使其不受任何损害，故应如此观想： 您于刹那间圆满忆念：金刚顶髻忿怒尊之王，如暴雨乌云翻滚之色，根本面容二百青黑燃烧，右面二百黄色而微笑，左面二百绿色而忿怒，后面二百红色而绽放，上面二百白色而寂静，千手持着燃烧之剑，千眼如劫末之闪电般闪烁，双足立于投掷之势的火焰堆中，具足威严盛装之黑汝嘎，三界

From Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) arises a lotus and sun disc, the king of wrathful deities with a vajra topknot, with a complexion like churning storm clouds, the root face with two hundred burning blue-blacks, the right faces two hundred yellow and smiling, the left faces two hundred green and wrathful, the back faces two hundred red and laughing, the top faces two hundred white and peaceful, holding a thousand hands with flaming swords, a thousand eyes flashing like the lightning of the eon's end, feet in a throwing stance amidst a heap of flames, glorious and fully adorned Heruka, the three realms perfected in the sphere of the body, radiating a cloud of countless wrathful deities, the three places marked with the three vajra syllables, light radiating, inviting wisdom deities to dissolve. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! All curses, sorcery, and malevolent acts, empowered and intensified by potent substances, are offered to the mouth of the great wrathful king, who consumes them in the sphere of terrifying brilliance, with a great joyful laughter, utterly destroy the acts of curses and sorcery! Burn threads, pieces of cushions, white and black mustard seeds, gladiolus, etc., while reciting the activity mantra: Sarva Shatrun Vighnan Maraya Kha Kha Kha Hi Kha Hi (Tibetan: སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུན་བིགྷྣཱན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व शत्रून् विघटनान् मारय ख ख खा हि खा हि, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva śatrūn vighaṭan māraya kha kha khā hi khā hi, Literal Chinese meaning: Destroy all enemies and obstacles), Ha Ha Hi Hi Hūṃ Phat (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह ह हि हि हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: ha ha hi hi hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha ha hi hi Hūṃ Phat), and repeat the phrases many times. At the end of the activity mantra, recite: All those who have been cursed in body, speech, and mind by the evil intentions of Bonpos, sorcerers, and mantra practitioners, all Daha Daha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phat (Tibetan: ད་ཧ་ད་ཧ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दह दह हुं हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: daha daha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Burn burn Hūṃ Hūṃ Phat), after reciting, make the object to be destroyed pass through the fire seven times, and send the ashes into a great river.
