(Tibetan: ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: कर्म अभिषिञ्च आः,Sanskrit Romanization: karma abhiṣiñca āḥ, Karma Abhisheka Ah) This is the wonder of empowerment. From the heart of the perfect holy body, JAH HUM BAM HOH, the four emanate. They dissolve into the four kila at the four gates. In the east is the white mother holding an iron hook, in the south is the blue mother holding a lasso, in the west is the red mother holding an iron chain, and in the north is the green mother holding a bell. These are the four activity messengers. Incense, flowers, lamps, and scented water, these are the four offering goddesses. Having pleased all the victorious ones, gather the immeasurable four, and adorn the mandala boundaries. Thus, when the mandala is complete, bless the outer cloth kila as activity wrathful mothers. The upper body is the wrathful mother's burning body, with a thousand heads and a thousand arms, adorned with a million emanated weapons, possessing hundreds of thousands of eyes, with the mark of indivisible burning, the lower body is a sky-iron blade, the mistress of the three realms' mandala, contemplate being surrounded by a multitude of mudras. On the outer vajra ground, contemplate Brahma, Indra, the son of the desireless one, as well as obstacle-averters, the auspicious one, Black Mahakala, and all obedient spirits, and the activity messengers. Thus, having completed the generation stage of samadhi, contemplate yourself as the deity, manifestly radiating to the east of the mandala, and again invite the Tathagatas of the ten directions, and again invite them into the mandala, make offerings and praises. Om! In the ten directions, in the boundless world, all the victorious ones who reside with their retinues, all the Great Ushnishas with their retinues, please come to this mandala place.
