Adorned with great Na. Holding a vase of nectar of one's own color. From the self-sound of mantra being proclaimed, from the intermingling of the light of the three places' letters, Wisdom beings are invited and merge without separation. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ. Starting from Oṃ Vajra Arghaṃ, to Śabda Pratīccha Svāhā. With the nectar of the five wisdoms, purifying the stains of the five poisons, to the five goddesses of the five elements' realms, I respectfully prostrate and praise. In the hearts of the goddesses, on the moon, reside their respective seed syllables, surrounded by garlands of mantras. From all parts of their bodies, streams of nectar descend, filling the vases. First, visualize the teacher, the wrathful king, with stacked moles, and in the vase, visualize the essence of the five Sugata consorts, the goddesses of the five elements, each holding a vase filled with the nectar of wisdom, and by bathing, may all sicknesses, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and impurities be purified. Hūṃ! The water of ablution of the six pāramitās, by bathing with the water of nectar, may the stains of afflictions be purified! Outer washing, may it become white like a conch shell! Inner washing, may it become red like coral! May inner and outer stains be purified! May it become stainless like a crystal egg! May the displeased yidam deities, the displeased lamas and ḍākinīs, the displeased protectors and oath-bound ones, all those afflicted by broken samayas and defilements, be purified, be cleansed! Oṃ dhā hūṃ phaṭ tora ya tora ya svāhā. Then, after Oṃ āḥ hūṃ, e ho śuddhe śuddhe, etc., recite: All diseases, evil spirits, sins, defilements, and impurities, śāntiṃ kuru svāhā. Recite and cleanse in this way seven times, etc. Finally, recite: May the four hundred and four diseases, the twenty-one thousand obstacles, the three hundred and sixty evil omens, the eight thousand types of obstructing spirits, etc., all unfavorable things be purified. Then, explain the visualization of bathing, and at the end of the two mantras, add apanaye svāhā, and bathe with it. Pour the bathwater into the ransom. Raṃ yaṃ khaṃ. From emptiness, the qualities of the ransom offering are inexhaustible, filling the sky. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ, bless it three times. Namo. I prostrate to the Three Jewels. By the truth of the words of the Three Jewels, by the truth of the purity of the Dharma nature, by the truth of the infallible cause and effect of phenomena, and especially by the truth of the wrathful king Smeba Tsegpa with his retinue of ḍākinīs, by the blessing of the great truth, may all the shadow owners, mamos, ḍākinīs, the eight classes of gods and demons, and the hosts of bhūtas, come here to receive the ransom offering. Ṭāki hūṃ jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, thus invite. Hūṃ! This excellent and precious ransom of mine, complete with body, speech, and mind, complete with the twelve sense bases, complete with the five aggregates, complete with the eight consciousnesses. This ransom is better than a human, the sound of eating is thib se thib. We yogis and our retinue, offer this ransom for our life force. Release all that is seized, bound, and tied up. Do not obstruct life, do not harm or oppose, be a friend in accomplishing enlightenment. Kye! Shadow owners, male and female ransom owners, enjoy this adorned shadow ransom, release what is seized and untie what is bound, do not harm or sin against us patrons and retinue. Thus dedicate. After the above statement of truth, may you be satisfied with this ransom offering and depart peacefully to your respective places. If you do not go, then by the infinite clouds of wrathful deities, your body, speech, and mind will be destroyed like dust. Thus say.
