If you don't go, then the wrathful one born from the non-dual wisdom of all the Tathagatas, the blazing fire of wisdom vajra, will shatter your heads into a hundred pieces! Reciting Sumbha, fumigating with gugul incense, scattering mustard seeds, and throwing the torma outwards with the sound of music, these are all ways to purify obstacles through a combination of peaceful and wrathful means. Next is the purification of sins: In front of the one to be accomplished, arrange sesame seeds, and fire and water on the left and right. Visualize that all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless time in your own life exist in the heart in the form of a black Tibetan letter (ཀཾ་，Devanagari: क，IAST: kaṃ，Literal meaning: Kam), and are driven away by the wisdom fire of the inner heat in the navel. The sins come out of the nostrils in the form of horned creatures and dissolve into the sesame seeds in front. Then, burn the sesame seeds on the right with the fire of wisdom, and throw them into the ocean of Dharma nature on the left. After visualizing this, recite: Om, Sarva, Papam, Dahana, Bhasmim, Kuru, Svaha! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བྷསྨིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，Devanagari: ॐ सर्व पापं दहन भस्मिं कुरु स्वाहा，IAST: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana bhasmiṃ kuru svāhā，Literal meaning: Om, all sins, burn, to ashes, do, svaha!)
