In the peaceful hearth within the fire, the wrathful deity, with HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: HUM) manifesting and mouth opened, may sins be burned away within. Sins, obscurations, illnesses, evil spirits, obstacles, defilements and impurities, hatred, etc., all unfavorable and evil circumstances, are cleansed with this blessing and auspicious substance. Transfer, oh transfer, to you (the one being cleansed). If you want to elaborate, recite one set of sutras and dharanis here; if you want to abbreviate, it is not necessary. The yogi, myself (the performer), the one to be protected, the patron and their retinue, etc., the bad food eaten in the stomach, cleanse! The bad clothes worn on the body, cleanse! Impure, evil directions, demonic influences, cleanse! Touching inauspicious days, evil stars, widows, etc., cleanse! All illnesses of the body, cleanse! All sufferings of the mind, cleanse! Bad fortune and misfortune, hatred, defilement, and touching, cleanse! Broken vows and commitments, curses, spells, and harms of subjugation, cleanse! Four hundred and four types of diseases, eighty thousand types of obstacles, three hundred and sixty types of evil spirits, and ninety-one sudden events, cleanse! Untimely death, and evil mental distractions, cleanse! In short, all sins, obscurations, illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles of body, speech, and mind, are cleansed with this blessing and auspicious substance. Transfer, oh transfer, to you (the one being cleansed). May you become as pure as crystal! May you become as white as a snow mountain!

May you be free from illness and attain happiness! May you achieve the deathless vidyadhara! Near the end of the essential points, recite "All sins, illnesses, demonic obstacles, apanaya svaha! By performing the bathing ritual in this way, abandoning the black cushion of suffering samsara, go to the white throne of attaining happiness. Go to the northern willow forest, at the feet of Vajrapani, go and be liberated from illnesses, demonic obstacles, contemplate and repeat the recitation. Insert the vajra dagger, purify all sins, etc., adorned with all glory, recite three times. The Tathagata, rich in jewels, beautiful in form, boundless, free from all fears, I prostrate to you! May you be joyful and satisfied, repay debts, purify karmic debts, no longer harm, return to your respective abodes. Om sarva vighnan balimta kha kha khāhi khāhi! After reciting three times, offer to the direction of cutting off the five demons, or throw it into a great river. Hūṃ! I am the Vajra Destroyer, the master of the power of all Buddhas. If you disobey the command, the Vajra Destroyer will be angry, the earth will collapse, the ocean will surge, the sky will shake, the thunder will shatter the head. All the abodes of demons and obstacles from the peak of existence to the Avici hell, the great fire of wisdom spreads and burns, instantly burning to ashes. Therefore, leave quickly! Recite the fierce mantra "Om sumbhani (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་ནི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओंसुम्भनि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: om sumbhani, literal Chinese meaning: Om, subdue)" etc., and delineate the boundary with musical instruments, mustard seeds, and the smoke of gugul incense.
