Oṃ Padma Garuḍa He Hūṃ Se Cale Cale Hrīḥ Phaṭ! Oṃ Karma Garuḍa He Hūṃ Se Cale Cale Āḥ Phaṭ! Write these separately. Write the Kṣiṃ letter on each rib. Then, in the first circle behind that, at the end of the mantra of the five great Garuḍas, write: Oṃ Vajra Kīli Kīlaya Nāga Cchindhe Cchindhe Mili Mili Bandha Bandha Nāga Ni Svāhā! Nāga Rāja Rakṣa Rakṣa! Nāga Rakṣa Rakṣa Rakṣa! Nāga Yakṣa Rakṣa Rakṣa! Nāga Duna Rakṣa Rakṣa! Nāga Cantri Rakṣa Rakṣa! If you are cutting down something very difficult to subdue, then on the neck of a black thorn phurba, at the end of the above mantra, in place of "Rakṣa Rakṣa," add "Māraya," and write: Nāga Tri Myog Mug Thum Ling Shag Rab Rub Jvala Jvala Phaṭ Phaṭ! Write this and place the wheel. Also write that mantra on the phurba head. Guggul, white mustard seed, shavings of bull horn, horse dung, pearl, musk, and sweet flag, great ashes, and thread bundles. Smear with poison blood and point towards the direction of harm. Visualize the great Garuḍa blazing, his body color black. Clearly place the phurba with the phurba head. This is a violent method for cutting down extremely unruly nāga demons. Avoid it unless necessary. Samaya! The protective blessing substance is: arura, bong nga, black musk oil, rue and black sweet flag. The main ones are guggul, white mustard seed, and white thang phrom, red mkhan resin, pearl, mercury, red sandalwood, nāga demon garlic and water grass mixed together. Mix everything thoroughly and roll into pills with urine. Pour it into a red bull horn with holes. Inside the burning amulet box, from each amulet pill, visualize a red Garuḍa bird emanating from (藏文：ཁྲོཾ，梵文天城体：क्रोम्，梵文罗马拟音：kroṃ，汉语字面意思：忿怒) Kroom, with the nature of fire, terrifying. Recite the fierce mantra and blow on it, blazing a great fire of the eon from the body. Burn all nāga demons and spirits. Gather the blessings of all wrathful kings, and think that the splendor and power are greatly blazing. 以萨姆杜香来熏燃，或内服或外敷，总之仅是嗅到气味，也能令所有鬼怪邪魔和精怪，特别是地主龙神厉鬼，即使充满三千世界也无法加害，是守护、息灾和诛灭之殊胜者，是唯一灵验之物的命根。大鹏金翅鸟金刚橛之，物守护之甚深三昧耶。此后是最终之禅定，遣除心之障碍的精华是，生起次第、圆满次第和双运三者。首先是生起次第根本之本尊，观想金刚手寂静尊为白色，心间如火般燃烧的，具足五种智慧的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），以风的配合摄持心，抓住后光芒闪耀，身体内部全部充满，如在暗室点亮灯，内外全部变得明亮。观想本尊身如明空彩虹，清澈且无有阻碍。长长地念诵吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），此时若昏沉则于脐下，黑色明点中央的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），如黑暗笼罩般，心执持于向下看的姿势。若掉举则于眉间月亮中央，吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）白色如新月升起，心专注于光芒四射，姿势向上看并努力保持。无有昏沉掉举而安住时，心专注于心间的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），从吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）发出吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）充满世界，将所有显有都烧成灰烬，变得闪耀明亮。吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）完全变化显现为本尊身，发出吽声（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）震动三千世界，以火焰焚烧净化鬼怪邪魔，最终一切融为一体，自 раствориться 自身也化为光芒消失，安住于不可思议的原始清净状态。再次从幻化的本尊身中升起，如是反复修习，禅定昏沉掉举的障碍得以遣除，生起次第的明亮显现得以生起。萨玛雅。第二是圆满次第，自身观想为金刚橛身，观想为空明光蕴，身体中央三脉四轮，顶轮为白色含字（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：含）如月亮之形，心间为蓝色吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）光明闪耀，脐下为红色吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）火焰燃烧，观想为暖热之自性。以风息长长地呼出吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），以合口风催动脐下的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），由此燃起智慧之火，令心间的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）明亮，当触及顶轮的含字（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：含）时，菩提心甘露缓缓降临，到达四处。

In short, even just smelling the scent will subdue all demons, obstacles, and spirits, especially the earth lords, nagas, and malevolent spirits. Even if they fill the three thousand worlds, they cannot harm you. It is the supreme protector, pacifier, and destroyer, the single, all-sufficient essence of the phalam. The profound samaya of the protective substance of the Great Garuda Vajra Kilaya. Then, the ultimate samadhi, the essence of clearing obstacles of the mind, is the three: generation stage, completion stage, and union. First, the deity of the root of the generation stage, meditate on peaceful white Vajrapani. In the heart, like a burning fire, the HUM syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) with five wisdoms. Holding the mind with the combination of wind, once grasped, rays of light emanate intensely, pervading the entire inside of the body, like raising a lamp in a dark room, making everything inside and out clear. Meditate on the deity's form as clear and empty like a rainbow, pure and unobstructed. Draw out the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) sound long and drawn out. At that time, if agitated, below the navel, in the center of the black bindu, the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable, like a dense darkness, hold the mind with a downward gaze. If sinking, in the center of the crescent moon between the eyebrows, the white HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable, like the rising moon, focus the mind on the radiating light, direct the gaze upwards and exert effort. When there is neither sinking nor agitation, and abiding together, hold the mind on the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in the heart.
