Of all the Buddhas of the three times, Whose activities and qualities are greatly praised, The empowerment of the wisdom garuda activity, By bestowing it upon the fortunate son, May you obtain the empowerment to subdue the green lower classes! Add Karma Abhiṣiñca Hāḥ at the end of the mantra. May the fortunate son of the lineage subdue all the nāgas and earth lords of the lower classes. Then, the all-gathering torma empowerment: In the palace of the fiercely blazing torma vessel, the torma is the wisdom great garuda, residing with the five families and retinue. Based on inviting and blessing them upon the crown of your heads, May the diseases, evil influences, and obstacles of the three doors be pacified, and may you believe that you have become inseparable from the antidote, the mudrā of power! Place the torma in five places, Hūṃ Khroṃ! The torma is the palace of the deities, The essence is the nature of the five families, The five powerful and virtuous garudas, By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son, The five nāga families and the hosts of earth lords, The planets and the eight classes of spirits, By the antidote, may you be empowered, Having become the body of the powerful garuda, May you obtain the empowerment of the wrathful king garuda!
