Whatever the main or any other kind of meditation recitation, it should be done first. Open the lid of the pills in front, and from your heart, emanate countless manifestations of the wrathful deity's nectar vortex, purify all the impurities of the substance, and drive away the obstacles far away. Recite Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: nectar), and fumigate with gugul incense, sprinkle white mustard seeds. Purify with Svabhava. In the state of clear light emptiness and compassion, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) transform into a precious and supreme vessel, filled with all the qualities of color, smell, taste, power, and essence, filled with excellent medicinal pills. In the center of it is a moon disc, in the center is the Buddha Dakini blue, in the east is the Vajra Dakini white, in the south is the Ratna Dakini yellow, in the west is the Padma Dakini red, in the north is the Karma Dakini green. All the Dakinis are one-faced and two-armed, the right hand holds a precious damaru drum, the left hand holds a nectar skull cup, in a stretching and bending dance posture, holding a khatvanga, adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, residing in the midst of five-colored light. On the crown of the central main deity, is the Yidam Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, white and clear, one-faced and four-armed, the upper two hands are joined in prayer at the heart, the lower two hands hold a crystal rosary and a white lotus, adorned with silk and jewels, with a peaceful smile, the light of auspicious marks radiates, the body is like a rainbow of appearance and emptiness, the samaya and wisdom are inseparable, instantly remembering and perfecting, becoming clear. After visualizing clearly like this, recite Om Mani Padme Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum) a thousand times. Finally, join the palms and pray to the Yidam Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, bless the pills, so that all who see, hear, remember, and touch them, can eliminate the diseases of cause and effect, and become nectar. The Great Compassionate One dissolves into the nectar, the five wisdom dakinis dissolve into it, the light from their hearts radiates, pervading the ten directions of the pure lands, pray for the essence of medicine from the stable and moving, and the compassion, blessings, and power of the three roots, vidyadharas, and dharma protectors, invite them to dissolve into their respective bodies, from which the stream of nectar descends, and mixes with the pills, becoming the supreme medicine nectar. 忆念、触觉等如上祈请。五空行母也融入甘露。融入药丸之中，见闻忆念触及的一切众生，能消除因果疾病的，成为智慧甘露之最胜。念诵多次杨清和缘起心咒，撒花，使加持的流不断。大成就者之语：凡是十方世界中，所有生病的众生，都因我的福德，获得无病安乐。仅凭我和此药之名，一切众生的身心，疾病和痛苦完全平息，获得殊胜安乐。以我的愿力，以及诸佛菩萨的加持力，以及法界的力量，乃至轮回未空之际，如所愿成办利益，毫不费力自然成就。如是等回向发愿，以及息灭八万种魔障等，广作吉祥之语，降下花雨。装入像帕布一样的良好容器中，密封不漏气。第三，施药之法及利益：如此调配和修成的药丸，五、七、九等根据病情服用，热性病用凉水，寒性病用酒，一般用温开水送服。药物的效力和咒语的加持二者聚集，因缘所生的力量不可思议。依靠药丸，乃至闻到气味，一般所有疾病都平息，解脱一切邪魔，身体营养、寿命和福德增长等是暂时的利益，究竟而言，被圣观世音菩萨的利生事业所遍及，从轮回和恶趣的痛苦中解脱等利益无边。特别是血、胆、痰、灰暗病，新旧胃病，瘟疫和新热病等非常有益，对其他任何疾病都没有损害，经验证属实。仅此就能治疗所有疾病的药物成就者，至今传承未断，因此也应视为非常可信之处。各种疾病的转换方法在经文中明确说明，大量加入苹果花的是白色莲茎丸。

Pray with remembrance, touch, etc., as above. May the five Dakinis also dissolve into nectar. By dissolving into medicinal pills, may all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch, eliminate the diseases of cause and effect, and become the supreme wisdom nectar. Recite Yangchenma and the Essence of Dependent Arising many times, scatter flowers, and make the flow of blessings constant. The words of the great accomplished one: "In the ten directions of the world, may all sick sentient beings, through my merit, attain freedom from illness and happiness. By the mere name of myself and this medicine, may the diseases and sufferings of all beings' bodies and minds be completely pacified, and may they attain supreme bliss. By the power of my prayers, the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the power of the Dharmadhatu, until Samsara is empty, may the benefit of beings be accomplished as wished, effortlessly and spontaneously." Thus, dedicate and make aspirations, and pacify the eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, etc. Make extensive auspicious words and shower flowers. Pour into a good container like a "Parbu" and seal it tightly to prevent air from escaping. Third, the method of administering the medicine and its benefits: The pills prepared and accomplished in this way, five, seven, nine, etc., should be taken according to the strength of the disease. For hot diseases, use cold water; for cold diseases, use alcohol; generally, administer with warm boiled water. The power of the medicine and the blessings of the mantra combine, and the power of dependent arising is inconceivable. By relying on the pills, even smelling the scent, generally all diseases are pacified, liberated from all evil spirits, and the body's nutrients, life, and merit increase, etc., are temporary benefits. Ultimately, being pervaded by the enlightened activities of the noble Avalokiteśvara, there are boundless benefits, including liberation from the suffering of Samsara and the lower realms. In particular, it is very beneficial for blood, bile, phlegm, and gray diseases, new and old stomach diseases, epidemics, and new fevers, etc., and it has been proven by experience that it does not harm any other diseases. The lineage of medicine achievers who can cure all diseases with just this has continued unbroken to this day, so it should also be regarded as a very trustworthy source. The methods of transforming for various diseases are clearly explained in the texts, and adding a large amount of apple blossoms makes it a white lotus stem pill.
