ཞེས་བད་མཁྲིས་ལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཕན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ན་དཔལ་གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྡེ་ལྔས་དངོས་སུ་ཕུལ་བའི་ནད་བརྒྱ་སྨན་གཅིག་རིལ་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྒོམ་ལུང་ཕྱག་ལེན་དང་བཅས་པ་ལེགས་པར་ཕུལ་པ་ཡིན་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྩིས་ཟིན་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་རང་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མཛད་པར་ཞུ། དཔོན་སློབ་ལྷན་དུ་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་རྒྱས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་རྗེ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་རིལ་བུ་དཀར་པོའི་སྒོམ་ལུང་ཡན་ཆད་ཡིག་ཆ་རྙིང་པ་ལ། ཕྱག་ལེན་གྱི་གསལ་བྱེད་ཁ་འགེངས་པ་དང་བཅས་མང་དུ་ཐོས་པའི་སྤོང་བ་པ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་དག་པར་བྲིས་པའི་དགེ་བས་ མཁའ་ཁྱབ་ཀྱི་འགྲོ་ཀུན་རྒྱུ་དང་འབྲས་བུའི་ནད་ཀྱི་གདུང་བ་མཐའ་དག་ཞི་ཞིང་། སྨན་པ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཐམས་ཅད་གཟིགས་པའི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་དུ་ཐོབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ།། ༈ ལས་དང་གློ་བུར་རྐྱེན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །གདོན་དང་ནད་དང་འབྱུང་པོའི་འཚེ་བ་སོགས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཡིད་མི་བདེ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་ཀུན། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཇི་ལྟར་གཤེད་མས་འཁྲིད་པའི་གསད་བྱ་བཞིན། །སྐད་ཅིག་གཅིག་ལ་ལུས་སེམས་འབྲལ་བྱེད་པའི། །སྲོག་འཕྲོག་ནད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཆི་བདག་གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཁ་ནང་ཆུད་པ་ལྟར། །ནད་ཀྱི་མིང་ཙམ་ཐོས་པས་སྐྲག་བྱེད་པའི། །ཉིན་གཅིག་པ་དང་རྟག་པའི་རིམས་སོགས་ཀྱིས། །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་གནོད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གནོད་པའི་བགེགས་རིགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་དང་། །གློ་བུར་ཡེ་འདྲོག་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་དང་། །བཞི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞིའི་ནད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡིས། ། ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་འཚེ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལུས་སེམས་བདེ་བ་མ་ལུས་འཕྲོག་བྱེད་པའི། །འབྱུང་བཞི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །མ་ལུས་ཞི་ཞིང་མདངས་སྟོབས་ལྡན་པ་དང་། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལྡན་པར་ཤོག །བླ་མ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ནུས་མཐུ་དང་། །ལས་འབྲས་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པའི་བདེན་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་ཚད་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ནི་གདན་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ས་སྐྱར་ནད་རིམས་མི་གཅིག་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་བར། སྔགས་བོན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མདོས་གཏོར་སྨན་སྔགས་སྲུང་བ་སོགས་གང་བསྒྲུབས་ཀྱང་མ་ཕན་པར་གདན་ས་སྟོངས་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་སྐབས། རྗེ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོས་མ་ནམ་མཁའ་མའི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་གྱིས། མ་ཎི་སྒྲོངས། སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ཐོབ་ཅེས་བཀའ་བསྩལ་པ་བཞིན་བགྱིས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནད་ཡམས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཕྲལ་དུ་ཆད་པས། ས་སྐྱ་ནད་གྲོལ་མའི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཞེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་འཕྲོ་བར་གྲགས་སོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། གྲུབ་ཆེན་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ནད་བརྒྱ་སྨན་གཅིག་རིལ་བུ་དཀར་དམར་གྱི་གཞུང་གསལ་བྱེད་དང་བཅས་པ།

It is said to be very effective for phlegm and bile disorders. Thus, for the glorious accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo, the practice instructions for the white pill, a single remedy for a hundred diseases, which was personally offered by the five classes of wisdom dakinis, has been perfectly offered. Please greatly benefit yourself and others through the calculation of bodhicitta. Together, teacher and students, let us extensively perform dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. This is the white pill practice instructions and so on, according to the tradition of the great accomplished master Je, in the old texts, with the addition of explanations for practice, written purely by the learned renunciate Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. By this virtue, May all sentient beings pervading the sky have all suffering from diseases of cause and effect pacified. May they quickly attain the state of the great physician who sees all. May there be auspiciousness! May all diseases that cause discomfort to sentient beings, such as harm from spirits, illnesses, and elemental forces, caused by karma and sudden circumstances, not arise in this world. Like those being led to slaughter by an executioner, may the suffering of life-threatening diseases that separate body and mind in an instant not arise in this world. Like falling into the mouth of the Lord of Death, Yama, may one-day fevers and constant epidemics, which cause fear at the mere mention of the name of the disease, not harm all living beings. May the eighty thousand types of harmful obstacles, the three hundred and sixty sudden demonic disturbances, and the four hundred and four diseases, etc., not harm all living beings. May all the suffering of imbalance of the four elements, which robs all happiness of body and mind, be completely pacified, and may they be endowed with radiance and strength, and may they be endowed with long life, freedom from disease, happiness, and well-being. By the compassion of the gurus and the Three Jewels, and by the power of the dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and by the power of the unfailing truth of karma, may all dedications and aspirations be fulfilled. This was written when various kinds of unprecedented epidemics occurred in the great monastery of glorious Sakya. Although the mantra practitioners and Bonpos performed rituals, offerings, medicine, mantras, protections, etc., it was of no benefit, and the monastery was on the verge of becoming empty.
