Read the Black and White Ushnishavijaya Dharani Sutra and the lists of gods and demons as much as possible. Third, establishing the witness: If you have the solemn robes of Kanen Rabjye, the robes of Guru Nangsi Zilnon, etc., then prepare them. In the Red Cliff of Latok in Zhub, all the male and female Gandharvas were bound by oath. In the Namtso Phyugmo Lake in the north, all the male lineages were bound by oath. In Namar Gö Gong Lhatsen, the northern nomadic men and women were bound by oath. In the Chinese garden of Malgro Kung, all the Naga clans were bound by oath. In the black valley of Rongdong, all the Rakshasa men and women were bound by oath.
