Gathering back and dissolving into oneself, thereby attaining the two kinds of siddhis. Meditate like this, reciting the ten syllables as much as possible. In particular, focus on the vase of nectar: From bhrūṃ (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：) arises a precious vase, in the center of which all the characteristics are completely perfect, the fierce wrathful king and assembly of deities, clear like the moon in water, appearing empty. From the mantra garland of the life force at one's heart, radiate light in the manner of offering, from the body descends a stream of nectar, completely filling the vase. Visualize this, and holding the mantra cord, recite the ten syllables as much as possible. The generation and recitation of nectar swirling in the action vase should be done in common.
