For the mantra of the center and spokes: In the center, write (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and the mantra of whichever deity. On the spokes, write in order: Garuda Hum Sa He Tsa Le Tsa Le Svaha. On the third circle, write the root mantra and Ye Dhar Dorje, then place it in a rock cave where hail often comes. Also place it on the roof of the house where you live. If you are doing hail protection, combine the stone wheel and the kila. Consecrate it with the Essence of Dependent Arising and place it in the four directions and the center, five places in total, to be protected. Because Yeshe Bar protected the area in the four directions from hail, no hail occurred in the protected area. Previously, hail could be prevented in Nyangto Puchung as well. But one year, a little hail fell, so Yeshe Bar thought, 'Has the wheel broken?' and went to check, and found that the rock cave had collapsed and the wheel was broken in half. So he repaired it and reconsecrated it, and the hail could be prevented. The lineage is: Acharya Marpo, Yeshe Bar, Chag Lotsawa, Gompa Jangdor, Lopon Gyalwa, Wangchuk Gon, Gelong Purna Dhvaja, Dharma Simha, Lopon Palpel, and then it was passed down in order. The materials for this are: musk, gugul, mazhi, great medicine, female monkey meat, white dog tongue, rose root, Khuk Chok Gangbu, rock salt halo, eight in total. Mix these in proportion, mix with ink, and draw the wheel. Mix with raw meat water and draw. This is also rolled into a paper roll and placed together with the wheel. Although there are many texts on this, it is very rare to have eight materials. Therefore, please pay attention to this. The hail protection is a juniper kila. The beginning of the mantra should point to the sky. After the mantra is completed, Pray that the people of this place be protected from the harm of hail. Write. It is important that the wheel and kila not be crossed or touched by women. (Tibetan: ཁམ་ཤག་ཙིཏྟ་རྦད།) (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་དྷྲིཾ་མ་རོ་ཙ་ནི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ནི་བྷི་ཙ་ཀྲོ་ཏི་བྷནྡྷ་བྷནྡྷ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ྄།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र कीलि कीलाय ध्रिं मरोचनि महा क्रोधनि भिच क्रोधि बन्ध बन्ध हन हन हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra kīli kīlāya dhriṃ marocani mahā krodhani bhica krodhi bandha bandha hana hana hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Kili, to Kila, Dhrim, Marochani, Great, Wrathful One, Bhitsa, Wrathful Mother, Bind, Bind, Destroy, Destroy, Hum, Phat!) Write on the tips of the kila. Write one Hum on the knots. If it doesn't fit, write it on paper.

triśula snying la sarva du ram। ur nan hring phyung। spur nan। srog la myogs rbad। sarva nāga citta sbud nan। snying gzer kham shag tsa la rbad।

It is wrapped around the stake. A-tsa-ra Marpo gave it to Nyang-tod Yeshe-bar, who gave it to Ngok, and then it was passed down in succession. The profound secret instruction of A-tsa-ra Marpo's hail-repelling, water-cutting method, A-thi! If you want to protect against hail, where is the hail path? Or hide it in a castle or mountainside where you can see it coming. It is possible to repel and escape hail from the front. If you want to divert a river, place it where the water enemy is. It will definitely be diverted to another place. If you pile up many consecrations, blessings will arise. This, known as the Chinese water-cutting method, is a profound and special method that was previously unknown in Tibet! A-thi! Profound. A-thi! In the secret instruction for cutting hail, on the days of the tiger, horse, and dog, a deer leads the way. Dig a hole and blow into it. On the days of the pig, sheep, and rabbit, a snake leads the way and scatters ashes. On the days of the rat, dragon, and monkey, a pig leads the way. Turn the clothes inside out and scatter dust. On the days of the bird, ox, and snake, a rabbit leads the way. Pile up stones. There is no deeper instruction than this. A-thi! Om Mani Dari Phat Phat Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ནི་ད་རི་ཕཊ྄་ཕཊ྄་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi dari phaṭ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Dari Phat Phat Svaha.) Manjushri A-tsa-ra Marpo's complete hail protection instruction was given to Nyang-tod Yeshe-bar. This alone is the hail destroyer of Kyin-thang. In Indian language: Eka He Duna. (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཀ་ཧེ་དུན།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: eka he duna, Literal Chinese meaning: Eka He Duna.) The secret instruction for repelling hail. Profound repulsion. A-tsa-ra Marpo gave it to Nyang-tod Yeshe-bar. Even if you don't live there yourself, you can still place it. If you make a stone wheel and a stone, hail will not fall. This instruction was strictly forbidden to be passed on to anyone other than a son, and it was given with Nyang-tod Lhakhang and the two Gur-shal, and the amount of translated scriptures as witnesses. This is just a corner of the history. A-thi! Now, the actual instruction is shown. Repulsion. Stone wheel. Stone. Sandalwood stake, five in total. On top of that, add the oral instruction Smar-ma, and with the addition of consecration, the mother and child are complete. First, here is the mantra for repulsion. Eka He Duna Ya Ma Raksha Jaḥ Munti Ram। Trishul Snying La Sarva Du Ram। Ur Nan Hring Phyung। Spur Nan। Srog La Myogs Rbad। Sarva Naga Citta Sbud Nan। Snying Gzer Kham Shag Tsa La Rbad। Sarva Citta Gzer Thum Trig Nan Zlog Bhyo. triśula snying la sarva du ram। ur nan hring phyung। spur nan। srog la myogs rbad। sarva nāga citta sbud nan। snying gzer kham shag tsa la rbad। sarva citta gzer thum trig nan zlog bhyo, Literal Chinese meaning: Eka He Duna Ya Ma Raksha Jah Munti Ram. Trishul Heart To All Du Ram. Ur Nan Hring Phyung. Spur Nan. Life To Myogs Rbad. All Naga Mind Sbud Nan. Heart Needle Kham Shag Tsa La Rbad. All Mind Needle Thum Trig Nan Zlog Bhyo.) This does not require prior recitation. Just doing the repulsion is enough. A-thi! Again
