On the supreme ground of precious gold, mix the essence of the elements with various grains. The vast space of worldly existence is a secret transformation of Mount Meru and knots. Beautifully arranged, radiant, and pleasing offerings, are offered as substitutes for external containers and places. Offered as substitutes for land, cities, and homes. Offered as substitutes for illusory bodies and physical forms. Offered as substitutes for the patrons and the mantra practitioners themselves.
