First, the benefits are: for upper body diseases and lung diseases, headaches and eye diseases, stinging pains and swellings, wounds and leprosy, abscesses, and diseases such as smallpox, this method is effective for all feverish diseases. This method does not require medicine, herbs, or visualization, or anything else. It is not effective for cold diseases. First, it is better to do a lot of retreat beforehand. Even if you don't, there is no doubt that the blessings of this method will destroy diseases and evil spirits. Do not tell everyone, keep it secret. Second, the one mantra for a hundred diseases is: Om Bhi Hu Naga Tsandu He Hu Bhe Sha Mara Hi Ha Ma Kri Du Khe Bhi Sha Ni Dam Bhi Na Ya Svaha. If the small intestine is struck, it is called "grayish diarrhea, short pain". If the dakini is struck, it is called "violent pulse breaking". If the large intestine is struck, it is called "red diarrhea, short pain". If the 'fish' is struck, it is called "inflammation, fish turning over, vomiting and diarrhea". For the brain, use musk; for the intestines, use vulture dung; for the lungs, use zedoary; for the heart, use heart-shaped yogurt; for the life vein, use marvel of Peru; for the liver, use saffron; for the gallbladder, use borneol; for the stomach, use long pepper; for the small intestine, use garlic, calamus; for the large intestine, use marjoram; for fish turning over, use human urine.
