Then carve two pieces of red pine or fir wood into squares and join them together. Place the wheel with the lingam in the middle. Make holes in both the wheel and the wood. Tightly bind the wood with the wheel with five colors of thread. Insert a bowstring into the hole and connect the wheel to Kuru. Alternatively, mix dog tail hair and sheep's wool, twist them into a three-strand rope, and spin it like a rattle. Or spin it as if shaking it with your hand. While spinning the wheel, fumigate it with the smoke of black guggul, black asafoetida, poison, sheep fat, dog dung, great fat, sheep fat, horse dung, etc., and spin the wheel. It is crucial to visualize yourself as Hayagriva while striking and spinning the wheel. Fumigate the head with the smoke of white incense. If you are giving a protective amulet to someone, wrap it in a piece of the garment of the one causing harm, and also wrap their hair around it. Also, make a form of whichever living ghost is causing harm out of clay. Place a paper lingam with the name and mantra written around it at the heart. Wrap it in the garment of the one causing harm. With their own hair... one model is bound with five colors of thread. Bind it and perform hooking and dragging. Press it under the threshold. This will also subdue it. Whenever harm occurs, spin the wheel. Recite the mantra and strike, the heart of the one causing harm will beat, they will become ill, and in a dream, a red man will come from the sky to their crown.
