Even though the aggregates and their respective places gradually dissolve, since the support dissolves, the supported must necessarily dissolve, therefore, the dissolution of the earth element is mainly discussed. As it is said in the Wisdom Play: "First, earth dissolves into water, water also dissolves into fire, fire dissolves into wind, wind also dissolves into consciousness, this consciousness that is grasped, also enters into clear light." As it is said. Therefore, when earth dissolves into water, the body's strength weakens. When water dissolves into fire, the mouth and nose dry up. When fire dissolves into wind, the body's heat gathers from the edges. When wind dissolves into consciousness, the coarse wind's movement ceases. When consciousness dissolves into space, all the movements of wind and mind stop. When space dissolves into clear light, all five sense consciousnesses, along with their thoughts, dissolve into the expanse. Moreover, all the essences of semen and blood gather at the upper and lower ends of the central channel's Ah (ཨ,A,a,Ah). The white essence from above descends and comes to the heart, so all appearances become white and clear, like the rising moon. The self-radiance of awareness appears clearly, which is called the experience of appearance. Thirty-three thoughts arising from hatred, such as detachment, and coarse apprehended thoughts cease. This is the first moment of the clear light of emptiness. The red essence from below rises, so all appearances become red and clear, like the rising sun. The mind appears very clear, which is called the experience of increasing appearance. Forty thoughts arising from desire, such as attachment, and coarse grasping thoughts cease. This is the second moment of the clear light of extreme emptiness. When the white and red essences meet in the heart, the life-force wind stops, so all appearances become black and clear, like being enveloped in darkness. The mind focuses on cessation, which is called the experience of obtaining appearance. Seven thoughts arising from delusion, such as unclearness, and very subtle thoughts also cease. This is the third moment of the clear light of great emptiness. Then, when the Ah (ཨ,A,a,Ah) at the heart completely dissolves, all appearances arise as clear light, without beginning or end, like a cloudless sky. The mind obtains the experience of being close to being free from defilements. All three appearances cease. This is called the fourth moment of the experience of clear light of all emptiness. At that time, the inherent in beings

The so-called "Great Perfection Primordial Purity Dharmakaya" refers to the liberation achieved in the primordial purity at the very beginning. Like this, all sentient beings possess the basis of luminosity that is primordially inherent. On this basis, as taught by the previous holy Guru, one cultivates it oneself, and having realized the luminosity, the mother and child luminosities merge, and one abides in the state of the profound essential luminosity of non-discrimination. In the manner of "in a single instant, one becomes a fully enlightened Buddha," at the time of death, one becomes a Buddha in the luminosity Dharmakaya, which is called obtaining liberation in the Bardo of Primordial Purity Dharmakaya. The order in which these appear is: the luminosities of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, along with their supports and supported, dissolve into the luminosities of the three: appearance, increase, and attainment, along with their supports and supported. The near attainment and Alaya also dissolve into the realm of the Great Luminosity of Union, thereby realizing the state of Great Bliss of the Dharmakaya, where realm and wisdom are inseparable. Although luminosity appears at all times of death, for those who have not previously practiced the essential instructions, luminosity only appears for a moment, so they cannot recognize it. Furthermore, in the previously explained stages of dissolution, "earth dissolving into water" does not mean that the earth element of the body disappears, or that the coarse earth dissolves into water after moving its position. Rather, it is because it has become the power of the central channel wind, and the function of earth is destroyed by the wind. If there is no support, there is nothing supported, so the subtle consciousness that appears also places its habitual tendencies on the central channel and ceases. The hard elements such as bones are separated from the supporting wind and consciousness, and the essence of earth dissolves into the essence of water. Similarly, the process of water, fire, and wind dissolving is the same. The meaning of wind dissolving into consciousness is not that the body is not in its original position or that it moves onto the path of consciousness. Nor does it mean that the essence of wind places its habitual tendencies on consciousness and the wind ceases. Rather, the essence of wind abandons all the bodies between the coarse life force and dissolves into the bindu of the five essences gathered in the life force, becoming one taste. The meaning of consciousness dissolving into space is not that it becomes non-existent, but that it is as pure and unobstructed as space, and enters the inexpressible emptiness of the central channel. This is what should be understood. Second, the Bardo of Dharmata is the time when luminosity dissolves into union, as previously explained.
