The Liberation Through Hearing in the Bardo. Immovable Vajra. The Liberation Through Hearing in the Bardo. Immovable Vajra. Herein dwells the so-called Liberation Through Hearing in the Bardo. Om Svasti. (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) By the light of the sun of compassion, dispelling the darkness of fear of the lower realms, leading beings to the great path of liberation, I pay homage to that one, and here I will briefly explain the teachings of the Bardo. Furthermore, beings who are caught by the noose of the Lord of Death, in order to protect them from the fear of the lower realms, no matter which mandala is relied upon to perform the ritual, it is good to connect it with the teachings of the Bardo. In general, to all sentient beings, and especially to the beings of the intermediate state, with the thought of immeasurable great compassion, with gentle and clear words, one should say this: Noble son/daughter, so-and-so, listen without distraction and keep it in mind. In general, all compounded phenomena are impermanent and subject to change, and in particular, the Buddha has said that the life of a person is impermanent even for a moment. That nature has befallen you, and you have reached the end of your life and are now in the Bardo state. At this time, hold the key to the profound instructions, and maintain the clarity of awareness until the introduction of the ritual is complete. Rely on this name card with the attached name and place it next to you. Here, it is important to recognize the Bardo as the Bardo. It is important to turn your mind to the right path. Therefore, first, a general explanation of the Bardo's classification, and then a separate explanation of the meaning of each stage. First, the general explanation of the Bardo's classification includes: the nature of the Bardo, the meaning of the word, the classification, and the respective methods of practice. First, the nature: all that appears other than the pure realm of the ground is the state of the Bardo. The appearance of the ground appearing as wisdom is the pure Bardo of Dharmata. The appearance of delusion, encompassing the six realms, is the impure Bardo of delusion. That is, from the appearance of the pure realm, until the mind with its seeds is not fully perfected in the realm of appearance, it is the Bardo. Second, the meaning of the word: it is named after the part between the former and the latter, in terms of the first two Bardos, it is propelled by the former and the latter.

Regarding the intermediate state from the unaccomplished aspect, and considering the latter two, the Treasury states: "Here, whatever dies and is born, arises between existences. Because one has not gone to the place of travel, it is the intermediate existence." That is, from the time of death here until the future rebirth is not accomplished, that state is called the intermediate state. Third, the divisions: The Transmutation Sutra states: "Divided, there are four aspects." Thus, there are four: the intermediate state of birth and death or nature, the intermediate state of dying, the intermediate state of reality, and the intermediate state of existence. First, the intermediate state of birth and death or nature: from the accomplishment of birth in the mother's womb until struck by the disease of death. Second, the intermediate state of dying: from turning towards death until the cessation of inner breath. Third, the intermediate state of reality: from the cessation of inner breath until the dissolution of spontaneous appearances. Fourth, the intermediate state of existence: from the dissolution of spontaneous appearances until the accomplishment of future rebirth. Fourth, the individual ways of taking to the path: these are shown by two aspects, example and meaning. Example: for the intermediate state of the place of birth, cutting doubts is like entering a pack of speckled dogs. Meaning: relying on the noble lama, diligently applying oneself to hearing, thinking, and meditating on the instructions shown by him, thereby cutting doubts. Similarly, for the intermediate state of dying, clarifying is like a beautiful woman looking in a mirror, which means that the previously familiar instructions clearly arise in the mind at this time. For the intermediate state of reality, having confidence in self-appearance is like a child entering its mother's lap, which means that the meaning of the instructions is absorbed into practice, so no matter how the appearances of reality arise, there is no fear, and one is confident that self-appearance is the play of wisdom. For the intermediate state of existence, continuing the remainder of karma is like a fox entering a broken irrigation ditch, which means that no matter how deluded appearances and fears arise, by the key points of the instructions previously practiced and those that will be explained here, one enters the path of pure rebirth. It is said that these also vary into three levels of liberation according to the sequence of faculties. Second, explaining the specific meaning of the occasion (Ka): this is mainly from the perspective of the latter three intermediate states. First, the intermediate state of dying: at that time, when you are in the process of transferring death, the three elements of water, fire, and wind in the body are disturbed, and when they become the basis of warmth and consciousness, it is the time of severing life. Moreover,
