Amrita Khahi! Maha Rakta Khahi! Thus offering, offer the offerings and medicinal torma rakta. Entrust the activities to the chief of the profound treasure protectors and their retinues, requesting them to accept this sacred offering and protect the Buddha's teachings, etc. Hūṃ! Great heroes who abide by the command of the Buddhas of the three times. Possessing the samaya of all vidyādharas to "do whatever is needed." Having vowed to protect the profound treasure teachings. I praise the treasure lord and their retinue. Thus praised. The general torma for the local deities is: Purify the torma with amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：nectar). Cleanse with svabhāva (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：own being). From the state of emptiness, from bhrūṃ (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：bhrūṃ) visualize a precious vessel, deep and vast, filled with torma that is complete with color, smell, taste, and power. Recite three times Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hoḥ. Invite with Bhūmipati saparivāra vajra samājaḥ (藏文：བྷཱུ་མི་པ་ཏི་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文罗马拟音：bhūmipati saparivāra vajra samājaḥ). Offer three times with Bhūmipati saparivāra Oṃ akāro mukhaṃ sarvadharmāṇām ādyanutpannatvāt Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (藏文：བྷཱུ་མི་པ་ཏི་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨཱ་དྱ་ནུཏྤནྣ་ཏྭཱ་ཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). From Oṃ Vajra Argham to Shabda Pratīccha Svāhā, and Mahāpañca Amrita Khahi. Thus offer both outer and inner offerings. Request the local deities who dwell in their native place, along with their retinues, to accept this sacred offering and protect the Buddha's teachings, etc., as above. Great local deities, please accept this offering torma. Grant us yogis and our retinues freedom from illness, long life, power, glory, fame, and good fortune. May we obtain vast wealth and possessions. Bestow upon me the siddhis of peaceful and increasing activities, and so forth. Protect me with your samaya. Be the companions for all siddhis. Eliminate untimely death and diseases, and all harmful spirits and obstacles. Eradicate bad dreams and omens, and all evil actions. May the world be peaceful and the harvests be good. May the grains increase and the livestock flourish. May it be the source of all goodness and auspiciousness. May all wishes of the mind be fulfilled. Thus say. Then, to invoke the object of focus for the offering torma: Namo! 即使是空性，也具有因果不虚的谛实，特别是金刚护法神的护法，以及受命使者的军队眷属等的教令谛实，依靠大谛实的力量，对于教法和众生的共同之敌，特别是对于我等持明者师徒眷属等，以前的敌人用手抓挠，外面的敌人心中思念，现在的敌人正面树立的有形仇敌，以及无形的作害邪魔之众等，无论在三有何处安住，无论逃往何处，顷刻之间聚集于所缘的这个供物处！根本咒语，在夏萨纳（藏文：ཤཱ་ས་ན།，梵文天城体：शासन，梵文罗马拟音：śāsana，汉语字面意思：教法）的最后念诵：ནྲྀ་ཏྲི་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ。以此融入。以ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧོཿ加持。ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱ་ཡ། ཤཱ་ས་ན་ཨུ་པ་ཧཱ་རི་ཎི། ཨེ་ཥ་ཨ་པཉྩི་མ་ཀཱ་ལོ་ཨ་ཡཾ། ཨི་དཾ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ཨ་པ་ཀཱ་རི་ཎཾ་ཡ་དི་པྲ་ཏཱི་ཛྙཱ་སྨ་ར་སི་ཏ་དཱ། ཨི་དཾ་དུཥྚཱན་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི། མཱ་ར་མཱ་ར། གྲྀཧྞ་གྲྀཧྞ། བྷནྡྷ་བྷནྡྷ། ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན། ད་ཧ་ད་ཧ། པ་ཙ་པ་ཙ། དི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་ཧཱུྃ།。连同眷属等念诵三遍供养。吽！从法界中燃烧显现之身，威力强大自在金刚黑，姐妹护法受命持明众，眷属凭借誓愿力降临。内外秘密供品食子，敌魔血肉等所需之物，各自心中所欲显现的，稀有喜悦供云大聚这，为了酬谢先前所作善业，以及未来不懈怠四事业，为了赐予所欲成就而供养，请以大乐享用之后也，教法众生利益安乐皆增盛，特别是我们师徒眷属等，无有疾病以及不变寿命福，名声财富胜过大海之高广，降伏所有凶恶魔敌之侵扰，如意成办各种事业如海量，竖起胜过一切的胜利旗帜，直至菩提之间守护与护佑。如是抛掷食子，祈祷所愿。或者以三字（ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།）的加持和咒语供养先行，祈请诸位护法神众，供养布施。
English
Even emptiness has the truth of unerring cause and effect. Especially, the truth of the command of the Dharma protectors who are the guardians of the Vajra Dharma, and the hosts of messenger armies who abide by the command, along with their retinues. Relying on the power of the great truth, for the common enemies of the teachings and beings, especially for us vidyadharas, teachers, disciples, and retinues, may the enemies who scratch with their hands, the enemies who think in their minds, and the enemies who stand directly as hateful forms, and all the hosts of formless harmful obstructors, wherever they dwell in the three realms, wherever they flee, be gathered in this object of focus in an instant! The root mantra, at the end of Shasana (Tibetan: ཤཱ་ས་ན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: शासन, Sanskrit Romanization: śāsana, Chinese literal meaning: teachings): nṛtri vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ. Dissolve into this. Bless with oṃ āḥ hūṃ hoḥ. oṃ mahākālāya. śāsana upahāriṇi. eṣa apañcima kālo ayaṃ. idaṃ ratna trayāya. apakāriṇaṃ yadi pratījñā smarasi tada. idaṃ duṣṭān khakha khāhi khāhi. māra māra. gṛhṇa gṛhṇa. bandha bandha. hana hana. daha daha. paca paca. dina me kena hūṃ phaṭ hūṃ. Offer this three times with the retinue, etc. Hūṃ! You who arise in a form blazing from the realm of Dharma, Powerful, mighty, and sovereign Black Vajra, Sister and brother, command-abiding hosts of oath-bound ones, Together with your retinue, come here by the power of your commitment! Outer, inner, and secret offerings, medicine, rakta, and baliṃta, Enemies, obstructors, flesh, blood, and other things that are needed, Whatever arises in each of your minds, This great cloud of wondrous and delightful offerings, As a reward for the good deeds done in the past, And for the sake of the four activities that are unremitting in the future, I offer it so that you may grant the desired accomplishments, Please accept and enjoy it with great joy, And spread the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings, Especially, may we, the teachers, disciples, and retinues, Be free from disease and have unchanging life, glory, Fame and wealth higher than the ocean, And pacify all the attacks of fierce demons and enemies, Accomplish the manifold activities as desired like an ocean, Raise the victory banner that is victorious in all directions, Protect and guard us until enlightenment. Thus, throw the torma and pray for the desired goals. Or, with the blessings of the three syllables (oṃ āḥ hūṃ) and the mantra offering preceding, may the hosts of oath-bound ones, offering and generosity.
