那供养 取此食子！等以食子供于净地亦可。酬谢之义，嗡 希 瓦日阿 达尔玛 帕拉 萨帕热瓦热 阿尔冈 至 夏达之间，嘿热嘎 贝 眼前，如所立誓，如今于此，守护且弘扬教法之，誓盟者众，我赞颂。如是供养赞颂。未得、未圆满，以及，任何能力皆无有，于此所作任何错谬，彼一切祈请您宽恕。如是念诵百字明忏悔。若有本尊像，于此与身像一同，于轮回世间安住后，无病、长寿、具权势，以及，祈请赐予殊胜诸物。嗡 索扎德ra 扎亚 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्र ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，善安住，金刚，耶，梭哈！）如是使誓言尊与智慧尊二者融入。若无本尊像，嗡，您成办有情一切义，赐予随顺之成就，往诣佛刹后，亦祈请再次降临。瓦日阿 穆：（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆）智慧尊逝去，誓言尊融入于我。世间众，以 嘎擦 嘎擦 梭巴瓦南 使其返回自处。以此善行，愿我迅速，成就嘿热嘎 贝，所有众生无一遗，愿安置于彼之境。如是回向善根。无边坛城海之轮主， 三密不变大乐金刚心，赐予众生利乐之胜如意树，祈愿根本传承上师们吉祥！法身虚空无量色身之云，寂怒百态之舞中显现，降下成就如雨之，祈愿本尊坛城众吉祥！嘿热嘎 贝 大悲之舞乃，以猛烈难忍之威光，断除黑部手足爪牙之，祈愿炽燃玛哈嘎拉吉祥！胜者教敕住持难忍具猛力，断除魔军如子般守护成就，以四种事业护持教法之，祈愿誓盟者众海会吉祥！如是等诵吉祥颂。此乃为易于恒常修持而略摄之共通护法食子仪轨，由持明者不变金刚于拉萨（Lhasa）卓珍山（brug 'dzin）造。

Na offering Take this torma! It is also acceptable to offer the torma in a clean place with [similar words]. For the purpose of gratitude: Om Shri Vajradharma Pala Sapariwara Argham to Shabda, and to Heruka Pal, as vowed, now here, protecting and upholding the teachings, I praise all the oath-bound ones. Thus, offer and praise. What is not found, not complete, and whatever ability is lacking, whatever mistakes are made here, please forgive all of that. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra to purify the faults. If there is a representation, here, together with the form, having remained in the cycle of existence, may you bestow perfect health, long life, power, and all supreme things. Om Supratishtha Vajra Ye Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्र ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, well established, Vajra, Ye, Svaha!) Thus, dissolve both the Samaya and Jnana beings. If there is no representation, Om, may you accomplish all the purposes of sentient beings, grant the desired siddhis, and having gone to the Buddha-field, may you also come again. Vajra Muh. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་མུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र मुः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vajra muḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Muh) The Jnana being departs, the Samaya being dissolves into me. The worldly ones, with Gaccha Gaccha Svabhavanam, send them back to their own place. By this merit, may I quickly attain the accomplishment of Heruka Pal, and may I place all beings without exception in that state. Thus, dedicate the merit. Lord of the wheel of the vast mandala ocean, The unchanging bliss-great Vajra mind of the three secrets, The wish-fulfilling tree that bestows supreme benefit and happiness to beings, May the root and lineage lamas have auspiciousness! Clouds of countless form bodies in the sky of the Dharmakaya, From the appearance of the dance of a hundred peaceful and wrathful aspects, Raining down the desired siddhis, May the yidam deity assembly have auspiciousness! The compassionate dance of Heruka Pal, With the unbearable splendor of the great wrathful one, Cutting off the black limbs, claws, and fangs, May the blazing Mahakala have auspiciousness! The unbearable and fierce one who abides by the command of the Victorious Ones, Cutting off the armies of demons, protecting the supreme accomplishment like a son, Protecting the teachings with the four activities, May the ocean of oath-bound ones have auspiciousness! Thus, recite auspicious verses. This concise common protector torma ritual, for the ease of engaging in constant practice, was composed by Rigdzin Gyurme Dorje at Lhaden Druzhing Mountain (Lhasa drug 'dzin). Sarva.
