The meaning of this is to rest in equanimity in the realm of the inconceivable nature of reality. Second, the generation of the front deity has two parts: separating the recitation chamber and turning the face. First: Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ Phaṭ Jaḥ. From my heart, the second wisdom mudra separates and abides inseparable from the objects of accomplishment in front. Saying this and contemplating, recite Rulu as much as possible, increasing splendor. Second, turning the face: The blood-drinking wrathful king in front, completely transformed into the outer vessel kapala, wide and vast, complete with characteristics, the inner essence, all the blood of the three realms, gathered in the center of the ocean, from (Raṃ, Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) arises Vajra Ragini, red, with an extremely passionate expression, holding a blood skull in both hands, dancing on a lotus with both feet, naked with full breasts and a flourishing bhaga, raining down a stream of blood, marked with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ in the three places, from which light radiates, the wisdom one, inviting the blood-drinking mandala to descend. Hūṃ! From the ten places of Heruka and the eight places of the great charnel grounds, the glorious great blood-drinker with his retinue, I invite you to come to this place. Maha Mamsa Rakta Amrita Khahi Haha Hehe Alala. The obedient playful daughter is Vajra Ragini, great desire, the supreme destroyer of desire and attachment, please reside as an offering. From the heart of the glorious great bliss itself, Radiate light, urging the mind-stream of the goddess. With the rays of compassion and desire, Hook all the blood of samsara and nirvana. Entering the mouth and passing through the body, Falling like rain from the lotus sky. Poured into the ocean of pure blood, The waves of the east flow to the west, The waves of the west flow to the east, The waves of the south flow to the north, The waves of the north flow to the south, The waves of the top flow to the bottom, The waves of the bottom flow to the top, Large pieces of flesh are scattered about, Large pieces of marrow oil drip and drop, The steam of blood rises in abundance, The fragrance of scent is fragrant, The goddess of form waves the human bone staff, The goddess of sound blows the human thighbone trumpet, Some strike the skull cup, making sounds, The goddess of scent holds the great incense burner, The goddess of taste holds the large piece of meat, The goddess of touch wears the tiger skin skirt. Fulfill the vows of the Sugatas, Enjoy among the assembly of mothers and dakinis. Fulfill the borrowed vows of the lord of yoga, The essence of the blood of samsara and nirvana combined. The mandala of blazing great blood, Is the essence of all accomplishments. Thus visualize and recite: Rakta Jwala Mandala Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Blood Flame Mandala Hum). At the interval of every thousand recitations, also make an offering to the dakinis. When concluding the session, if performing a tsok offering, do so according to the common secret practice. In any case, in the end, visualize the goddess in front dissolving into light and merging into the blood, therefore, the mandala of blazing great blood, with a color that is bright red, possessing the radiance of billions of suns, the waves of blood moving in all directions, and whatever is touched by the droplets can accomplish the benefit of the two siddhis. Thus speak and contemplate, and again stabilize it by reciting. By this virtue, may I quickly attain the state of Heruka.
