因我之故，誓物不全，供养中断，修行懈怠而懒惰犯错，秘密泄露，与过患相混。如是等等违背您意者，今晚忏悔，以悔恨之心坦白。见解错谬，禅修散乱，行为放荡等等，因无知愚昧所致，违背错乱过失有几何，全部坦白忏悔，以慈悲心清净之。如是云云。并以清净怨恨执着的意念，念诵百字明以忏悔。第三，委托事业： བྷྱོཿ（藏文），bhyaḥ（梵文天城体），bhyah（梵文罗马拟音），呜呼！ 坛城一切护法之主，违誓业力之刽子手，向您祈请祷告，享用此精华食子供品，成为持咒我之财物主，人财寺庙处所轮及受用，委托交付，您当守护，三日之内勿懈怠看守，三夜之内勿懈怠守护，敌出现时救护，倒下时扶起，未觉察时指引，做后盾，守护佛法，调伏上师之仇敌，诛杀瑜伽士之怨敌，毫不懈怠地成办事业。如是祈请所愿之事业。第二，修作猛厉事业有四，第一，陈设： 食子，与主眷数量相等，血食人肉，以及特殊的誓物等装饰，陈设于供台上，血酒、白酒、金酒等陈设之。第二，猛厉念诵： 自己以忿怒母之慢心稍作念诵，从心间放射出如火焰链般的光芒，催动前方母众之心续，彼等忿怒激动，威猛站立，幻化出如暴风雪般挥舞兵器的使者，思维其等行作杀害断除敌魔之事，猛厉念诵诅咒杀害之咒语。第三，勾招所缘： 于食子上洒血，以自己心间之光芒催动母众及其眷属，思维彼等不由自主地勾招所缘，融入食子之中，以真实力之语先行，于勾招融入之末尾念诵母咒： བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཀརྵ་ཡ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ（藏文），vajra ākarṣaya jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ（梵文天城体），vajra akarshaya jah jah hum vam hoh（梵文罗马拟音），金刚 勾招 呀 匝 匝 吽 旺 吼！ 如是念诵几遍勾招融入，又从自己心间

Due to my faults, the samaya substances are incomplete, the offerings and torma are interrupted, practice is neglected and laziness causes errors, secrets are revealed and mixed with faults. All such things that go against your will, tonight I confess and admit with regret. Views are mistaken, meditation is distracted, behavior becomes unrestrained, etc. Due to ignorance and delusion, whatever violations, errors, and faults there may be, I confess and admit them all, and purify them with your loving heart. Thus and so on. And with the intention of purifying resentment and clinging, recite the hundred-syllable mantra to confess. Third, entrusting activities: Bhyaḥ! Chief of all the protectors of the mandala, executioner of vows and karma, I request and pray to you, please accept this essence torma offering, become the master of the possessions of the mantra holder, people, wealth, monasteries, places, wheels, and enjoyments, entrust and deliver, may you protect them, do not be negligent in guarding for three days, do not be negligent in guarding for three nights, when enemies appear, protect and rescue, when falling, lift up, when unaware, guide and support, protect the Buddha's teachings, subdue the enemies of the lama, and kill the enemies of the yogi, accomplish the activities without negligence. Thus, pray for the desired activities. Second, performing fierce activities has four parts. First, arrangement: The torma, equal in number to the main deity and retinue, blood food and human flesh, and decorated with special samaya substances, is placed on the altar. Blood wine, white wine, gold wine, etc., are arranged. Second, fierce recitation: Recite a little with the pride of being the wrathful mother, from the heart emanates a chain of light rays like flames, stimulating the heart stream of the mothers in front. They become wrathful, agitated, and stand up fiercely, transforming into messengers wielding weapons like a blizzard, thinking that they are performing the activities of killing and cutting off enemies and obstacles, fiercely recite the mantras of cursing and killing. Third, attracting the object of focus: Sprinkle blood on the torma, stimulate the mothers and their retinue with the light from your heart, thinking that they involuntarily attract the object of focus and dissolve into the torma, precede with the words of true power, and at the end of the attraction and dissolution, recite the mother's mantra: Vajra Akarshaya Jah Jah Hum Vam Hoh! Recite this several times to attract and dissolve, and again from your own heart

Dza! A sharp, hot red ray emanates and enters through the anus of the target. Upon reaching the heart, it transforms into a cutting wheel, spinning violently, visualizing flesh and blood being torn apart. Then, exert effort and recite the mantra of annihilation. After that, sprinkle nectar, visualizing its essence as nectar and its form as a heap of flesh, blood, and bones, blessed by Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Visualize the mother goddess and her retinue joyfully devouring it with delighted throat sounds. Fourth, urging the commitment: Offer with the previous offerings, accompanied by the smoke of mixed incense and a black banner, urging in this way: Hum Bhya! Great goddess of the charnel ground, you! Your body can transform into nine forms, riding a black-brown bear, with a black face, open mouth, and glaring eyes, hair disheveled covering the earth, right hand waving the provincial flag, left hand devouring the heart of a child. When fiercely urged at the crucial moment, the four wild beasts transform into messengers. Chasing after the trail of one or two gold coins, running for a bundle of grass, stingy with wealth, greedy for sacred objects, you are the swift-acting mother goddess! Fierce form wandering in the charnel ground, worldly mother goddess with magical powers, touring the four continents, wearing human skin, severing the lives of enemies who break vows, not even leaving behind wealth the size of a needle and thread, instantly seizing it violently. Yogis, ourselves and our retinue, wherever we reside, monasteries and hermitages, entrust to you for protection. Cut off the roots of past enemies, completely eradicate the thoughts of future enemies, turn present enemies into ashes. May the black rope of Vajra power seize the necks of those who destroy the teachings. Even if it is an evil uncle, kill him; even if it is a disciple who breaks vows, destroy him. Guardian of the charnel ground, chief of the Dakinis! Please gather all phenomena under your control, may you always grant favorable conditions for our Dharma practitioners, quickly eliminate unfavorable demonic disturbances, compassionate one!
