Yaṃ du jaḥ. Oṃ śrī mahākāla guṇa hṛda kāya vāka citta dgra bgegs sarva śatrūṃ māraya hūṃ phaṭ. Repeat three times. While scattering flowers, recite this. Please, Bhagavan, grant it to me, please initiate me. Repeat three times. The teacher, while scattering flowers, says: Please, Bhagavan, grant it to this person, please initiate this person. Grant the siddhi of the mantra, please stabilize the vows. May all the blessings, power, and strength of the glorious protector, the lord of hosts, enter the minds of these disciples. Saying this, place the skull cup of chang on the throat and say: Hūṃ. This skull cup of great nectar, given to the fortunate child, may he/she obtain the supreme speech empowerment of the great black one with his retinue. Oṃ śrī mahākāla guṇa hṛda vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ. Thus, pour the nectar. Thus, one is empowered with the power of the speech of the great black one. Thus, it is said. Third, in order to request the mind empowerment, please repeat this: Lama and deities, please listen. The mind empowerment of the great black one, please grant it to me today. Having made this request, countless hand implements emanate from the hearts of the teacher and the visualized deity. They dissolve into the hearts of the disciples, purifying the sins and obscurations of the mind. Believe that the blessings of the mind have entered. Place the citta life-wheel on the heart and say: Hūṃ. The support of the minds of the deities and oath-bound ones, through the empowerment of the citta life-wheel, may you obtain the supreme mind empowerment of the great black one with his retinue. Oṃ śrī mahākāla guṇa hṛda citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. The disciple, clear as the deity, gradually dissolves into light from above and below, gathering into the nada of the hūṃ in the heart. Even the nada is not perceived, and one rests in equanimity. Again, with the sound of hūṃ, visualize the form of the protector instantaneously. Thus, one is empowered with the wisdom of the protector's mind. Thus, it is said. Fourth, to request the empowerment of qualities, recite this: Lama and deities, please listen. The empowerment of the qualities of the great black one, please grant it to me today. Rays of light emanate from the hearts of the teacher and the visualized deity. By stimulating the mind-stream of the deity-clear torma, make the intention to bless from the crown of the head.

ད། 吽。 祈请赐予成就诸天及具誓者的加持物，藉由誓物食子的灌顶，愿黑袍怙主及其眷属，成就功德，圆满获得灌顶。 嗡 希 玛哈嘎拉 ഗുണഹൃദ ഗുണ അഭിഷിಂಚ 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་གུ་ཎ་ཧྲྀ་ད་གུ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ श्री महाकाल गुणहृद गुण अभिषिञ्च हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śrī mahākāla guṇahṛda guṇa abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥，大黑天，功德，心，功德，灌顶，吽。） 顶礼世尊莲花手，为作有情怙主而灌顶，顶礼大天众之主，及其父母子眷属。 如是，降临加持时，念诵嗡 诶嘿 诶呬等父母之祈请咒语一遍后， 祈请吉祥智慧怙主具德众主及其眷属，以及根本传承上师，不违越教令和誓言，作为此种姓之子的护法，如影随形般守护，息灭一切违缘障碍不顺之境，圆满顺缘，一切所思所愿皆如意成就，四种事业毫不耽误地成就。 如是告诫后，观想食子之神融入光中，融入你们自身。 如是，便已获得怙主功德之宝藏的灌顶。 如是说。 第五，祈请猛烈事业诛杀之灌顶，跟随念诵： 祈请上师及诸本尊垂念，祈请赐予黑袍怙主之事业灌顶，于今日赐予我。 于前方火坛中，安置林伽，并践踏之，念诵：ཨེ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ།（藏文：ཨེ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。 于铁制三角形火炉中，观想从ནྲྀ་（藏文：ནྲྀ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：）和ཏྲི་（藏文：ཏྲི་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：tri，汉语字面意思：）中，敌人魔障显现出极其瘦弱可怜之相。 怙主放出遍满虚空的化身军队，观想彼等行持猛烈事业，念诵真实语，勾招所诛之目标。 吽。 调伏魔众大主尊，金刚催动猛烈力，为护胜者之教法，于诅咒中之敌魔众，以玛拉雅之事业，速速诛杀其寿命精气，享用吧，垂念吧，具誓者，汝之誓言已到时。 嗔恨傲慢之眷属众，夺取恶毒有情之命，食其肉，饮其血，速速诛杀违誓之敌，玛拉雅之时已到。 如是，念诵嗡 希 玛哈嘎拉等。

Da. Hūṃ. I pray for the blessing of accomplishing gods and oath-bound beings. Through the empowerment of the oath-substance torma, may the Great Black One and his retinue attain the accomplishment of virtues and perfectly receive the empowerment. Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla Guṇa Hṛda Guṇa Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Having been empowered by the Bhagavan Lotus Hand as the protector of the teachings and beings, I praise the Lord of the Great Assembly of Gods, along with his parents, children, and retinue. As it is clear during the descent of blessings, after reciting the invocation mantras of the father and mother, such as Oṃ Ehyehi, once, may the glorious Wisdom Protector, the virtuous Lord of the Assembly, along with his retinue, not transgress the commands and vows of the root and lineage lamas, but be the guardian of this son of lineage, accompanying him like body and shadow. Pacify all adverse conditions, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances, and may all thoughts and actions be fulfilled as desired, with abundant favorable conditions. May all four activities be accomplished without delay. After giving such instructions, visualize the deity of the torma dissolving into light and merging into yourselves. Thus, you have been empowered to the treasury of the Protector's virtues. So it is said. Fifth, pray for the empowerment of the fierce activity of liberation, repeat after me: May the lama and deities consider. Grant me the empowerment of the Great Black One's activities today. In front, arrange the linga in the homa pit and trample it, reciting: Espharaṇa Phaṭ. Inside the triangular iron-smelting furnace, visualize the enemy and obstructors, transformed from Nṛ and Tri, appearing extremely emaciated and miserable. The Protector emanates a host of emanation armies filling the sky. Thinking that they are performing fierce activities, speak the power of truth and attract and subdue the target. Hūṃ. Great Lord who subdues demons, fierce power that activates the vajra, for the sake of protecting the Victorious One's teachings, the enemy obstructors who have been cursed, by the activity of Māraya, quickly liberate their life force and essence. Enjoy, consider, oath-bound one, the time for your oath has come. Retinue of hatred and arrogance, take the lives of cruel sentient beings, eat their flesh, drink their blood, quickly liberate the oath-breaking enemy, the time for Māraya has come. Thus, recite Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla, etc.
