Through devotion, rays of light like the net of lightning at the end of time emanate from his heart. From their respective places such as Akanishta, the eight great charnel grounds including Cool Grove, and the swirling northeast black wind nine-fold depths, the glorious Lord, consort, and retinue, like rain clouds gathering in the sky, come forth and dissolve into you, please visualize in this way. Burn gugul and great meat incense, and play music intensely. Recite "Om Shri Mahakala E Ah Ralli Hring, Jnana Abeshaya Ah (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཨེ་ཨཱ་རལླི་ཧྲིང་༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ श्रीमहाकाल ए आरल्लि ह्रीं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śrīmahākāla e āralli hrīṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Auspicious, Great Black One, E, Ah, Ralli, Hring), Jnana Abeshaya Ah" and invoke them. Place the vajra on the head and stabilize it with "Tishta Vajra (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：Stay Vajra)". Having completed the preliminary practices of the empowerment with these, bestow the common torma empowerment in the main practice. Especially grant nine blessings. From among the bestowal of common and uncommon siddhis, for the sake of the first, please focus in this way: Hold the empowerment torma. In the palace burning in the charnel ground of the torma vessel, the torma is the glorious Lord, consort, and black retinue, surrounded by sixteen deities, father and mother, residing there, marked with a white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) on the forehead, a red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) on the throat, and a blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) on the heart, visualize clearly. Because of devotion to this, white rays of light emanate from the Om (藏文：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) on the forehead, dissolving into your forehead, purifying the diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations of the body. Visualize receiving the complete body empowerment. Hum! Supreme emanation of Heruka! Wisdom Lord, father and mother! The glory of the body blazes with splendor! Bless the body of the disciple! Grant the siddhi of the body! Remove all obstacles! Accomplish all activities! At the end of the heart mantra, add "Kaya Abhisincha Hum (藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：काय अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：kāya abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Body, Anoint, Hum)", recite it, and place the torma on the head, etc., touching the three places. Again, red rays of light emanate from the Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) on the throat, dissolving into your throat, purifying the diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations of speech. Visualize receiving the complete speech empowerment. Hum! Supreme emanation of Heruka! Wisdom Lord, father and mother! The sound of speech is the sound of Dharma! Bless the speech of the disciple! Grant the siddhi of speech! Remove all obstacles! Accomplish all activities! At the end of the heart mantra, add "Vaka Abhisincha Hum (藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：वाक अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：vāka abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Speech, Anoint, Hum)". Again, blue rays of light emanate from the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) on the heart, dissolving into your heart, purifying the diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations of mind.
