于本尊前。我等一切有情众生从今乃至未获菩提之间，以皈依之心随念此： 拿摩！我等一切有情众， 皈依上师，三宝之总体， 薄伽梵大吉祥黑汝嘎， 以及空行眷属。 念诵三遍。 为了无边无际如母有情众生的利益，为了获得坛城自在，遍主黑汝嘎的果位。为此，为了遣除修道之障碍，为了毫不费力地成就顺缘如意之悉地，进入吉祥智慧怙主的坛城。 为了精进修持念诵，生起欲入之愿，以及不分别三轮之胜义菩提心，请随念此： 为了救度等虚空之众生， 愿获得大吉祥之果位， 诸法 自性完全清净， 修持无所缘之禅定。 三遍。 于彼等福田之前，顶礼并供养， 忏悔罪业并随喜功德， 请转法轮并祈请常住， 以及将善根回向大菩提，依次清晰生起积资七支之禅定，请随念此： 上师大吉祥黑汝嘎， 以及空行护法等， 身语意三恭敬顶礼， 供养内外秘密之供品， 违犯错乱衰损皆忏悔， 随喜胜劣一切之善根， 请转法轮， 祈请勿入涅槃常住世， 将善根回向等虚空众生， 愿一切众生皆成佛。 念诵三遍。 务必守护好成为灌顶之所依或命脉之誓言。 概括而言，即是三律仪（别解脱戒、菩萨戒、密咒戒）所摄之律仪和誓言。 详细而言，即是无上金刚乘中所说的十万誓言。 特别而言，为了如理守护好吉祥智慧 怙主之续部和窍诀中所说的誓言次第，请随念此： 吽！ 上师怙主请垂念， 从今乃至菩提果之间， 别解脱菩萨及密咒之， 一切誓言律仪皆受持。 念诵三遍。 上师以金刚杵置于头顶。 秘密之誓言。

In the presence of the deity. From now until enlightenment, all sentient beings like myself will recite this with the intention of taking refuge: Namo! All sentient beings like myself, Refuge in the Guru, the embodiment of the Three Jewels, Bhagavan, the glorious Heruka, Together with the retinue of Dakinis. Recite three times. For the sake of all limitless mother-like beings, May I attain the state of the Lord of the Mandala, the all-pervading Heruka. For that purpose, in order to eliminate obstacles on the path and effortlessly accomplish the desired Siddhis of favorable conditions, I enter the Mandala of the glorious Yeshe Gonpo. With the aspiration to engage in recitation and practice, and to clearly attain the ultimate Bodhicitta that does not conceptualize the three spheres, please recite this: For the sake of liberating beings equal to space, May I attain the state of great glory, All dharmas Are completely pure in their own nature, Meditate on the Samadhi without object. Three times. In the presence of those fields of merit, I prostrate and offer, I confess sins and rejoice in merit, I urge to turn the wheel of Dharma and request to remain steadfast, And I dedicate the root of virtue to great enlightenment, Clearly generate in sequence the Samadhi of the seven branches of accumulating merit, please recite this: Guru, the glorious Heruka, Together with the Dakinis and Dharma protectors, Body, speech, and mind, I respectfully prostrate, I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings, I confess and repent of transgressions, mistakes, and impairments, I rejoice in all virtues, superior and inferior, I urge to turn the wheel of Dharma, I request you not to pass into sorrow but to remain, I dedicate the virtue to beings equal to space, May all attain Buddhahood! Recite three times. It is essential to properly keep the Samaya that has become the basis of empowerment or the root of life. In general, the vows and Samayas are encompassed by the three vows (Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Mantra). In particular, the hundreds of thousands of Samayas spoken of in the Unsurpassed Vajrayana. Especially, with the thought of properly guarding the sequence of Samayas spoken of in the Tantra and instructions of the glorious Yeshe Gonpo, please recite this: Ho! Guru Gonpo, please heed, From now until the essence of enlightenment, The Samayas and vows of Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Secret Mantra, I will uphold them all! Recite three times. If the ground is lost, in this life it is unacceptable to fall into hell. By upholding the supreme oath, all accomplishments will be achieved. Thinking that one should not transgress the vows and commitments as instructed, repeat after drinking the oath water and performing the Vajra dance. When offering the inner offering, have them say: Idam Nara Kana. Then, since the wisdom beings are being invoked, straighten your body. Bind the breath in the mouth. Without letting the mind wander elsewhere, meditate single-pointedly on this object. Light radiates from the heart of the teacher. When it strikes the student, it purifies the obscurations and transforms into a mass of blue light. From that, in the midst of a great immeasurable palace in the charnel ground, on a lotus and sun seat, a hooked knife arises from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). From that complete transformation, You become the glorious Wisdom Protector, the Great Black Blood Drinker, your body color as dark as rain clouds and terrifying. Short and stout with a large belly. Mouth open, fangs bared, three eyes red and round. Hair dark brown, bristling upwards, eyebrows and eyelashes blazing red-yellow. The first two of the four hands hold a hooked knife and skull cup filled with enemy's heart, embracing the consort above and below. The lower two brandish a sword and khatvanga. Adorned with dry and wet skulls, snake garlands, and the six bone ornaments, a silk ribbon crown, and a tiger skin loincloth hanging down. Seated in the posture of royal ease, on your lap is the mother, the black Caṇḍikā, holding a knife and skull cup. Naked, adorned with the five seals and a garland of skulls and snakes, embracing you. With a fierce and majestic demeanor. Residing in the midst of a blazing fire of wisdom, marked at the three places with Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), may you clearly attain the nature of the three vajras of all Buddhas. From Akanishta, the great palace of Manifestation, Vajrasana, Nalanda, the eight great charnel grounds, and so forth, invite countless wisdom beings similar to those meditated upon, and believe that they dissolve into you all.
