Ra Thugpa! Padmasambhava, my followers, it is very important to keep your vows. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Om! Herein is the practice method of the four-armed Lord of Wisdom. Om! Homage to the Guru, the Protector, inseparable! For this practice of the innermost secret mind, build a mandala in a secluded place and gather the necessary substances. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta, accumulate merit, dispel obstacles, and meditate on the protective circle. Visualize yourself as Heruka, and in front of you, generate the solitary father form of Mahakala with his retinue. Invite them and offer praise and worship. In the hearts of all the main deities and their retinues, on top of a sun disc, visualize the seed syllables such as Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，Hūṃ) arising, surrounded by their respective life mantras. First, the recitation of subjugation: Light rays emanate from the mantra of your clear deity, striking the seed syllables of the main deities and their retinues, causing them to remember their previous vows. Recite the mantra of the yidam. Second, the recitation of confession of transgressions: With remorse for any breaches, damages, or errors in your vows, white light rays emanate from the seed syllable in your heart, surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra, striking the deities. Visualize that the deities accept your forgiveness, pacifying all anger and conflict. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Third, the recitation of urging the commitment: Red light rays emanate from the mantra garland in your heart, entering the mouths of the main deities and their retinues, dissolving into the seed syllables in their hearts. The red light rays pervade, and visualize that the deities are attracted to you and regard you with compassionate love. Om Mahakala Guṇa Hṛda Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Literal meaning: Om Mahakala, quality, heart, Hūṃ, Phaṭ)! Recite the father mantra, and Om Eka Jaṭi Bhyo Ja (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Literal meaning: Om Ekajati, Bhyo, Ja)! Recite the mother mantra, and if you wish, also recite the retinue mantras. Fourth, increasing splendor: The light rays from your heart strike the hearts of the main deities and their retinues. Immeasurable light rays emanate from the seed syllables and mantra garlands, offering to the Buddhas, and all blessings are gathered and dissolved in the form of light rays, visualizing that the splendor blazes supremely. Fifth, the recitation of the practice of great bliss: The hearts of the main deities, the father and mother in union, The garland of life mantras is stimulated by the light from your heart, and the nature of great bliss, the bodhicitta, revolves uninterruptedly through the faces of the father and mother. Visualize that the great bliss blazes intolerably, bestowing upon you whatever siddhis you desire, and recite the combined mantra of the father and mother.
