Up to "resides." To the east of the second tier, from Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises the Raven-faced Protector, up to "the lower body coiled as a snake." Furthermore, around them, there are black Dakinis, hundreds of thousands of flesh-eating mothers, millions of Yakshas, thousands of Mantra Lords, thirty lords of the Bhuta class, the arrogant Eight Classes of Gods and Demons, the seventy-five glorious Protectors, etc., an ocean of oath-bound armies, terrifying and frightening, inconceivable, filling all the earth, intermediate space, and the realm of the sky. All fulfill the wishes of the practitioner according to their desires. The offerings, Tormas, and completion substances are known as desired qualities, namely, the inconceivable abode, charnel ground, and fierce realms, all outer, inner, and secret offerings, objects of sight, assisting substances, supports, and completion substances, etc., in the form of worldly and transcendental desired qualities, complete with the nine necessities, enriched with the nine goodnesses, adorned with the nine beauties, the essence being the nature of wisdom illusion, the form of bliss.
