Grain essence, the hero's intoxicating wine, is the medicine that dispels afflictions and suffering. Please accept this golden libation offering, and tonight, please act as arbitrator and witness. This oath-breaking sinner has destroyed the sacred Dharma, degraded the dignity of the Three Jewels, despised all tantric yogis, deprived sentient beings of happiness, continuously obstructed the virtuous deeds of us yogis and our retinue, and put pressure on the guardian deities. This enemy who is hostile to me, with malicious intentions and harsh actions, is not a pitiful person worthy of compassion, please punish this sinner. We vidyadharas make offerings, and we have no other protectors and guardians besides you. Therefore, glorious Black One, you possess inexhaustible power, the time has come to subdue enemies and obstacles, please accomplish the manifest altruistic activities. Having prayed in this way, (visualize that) the Dharma protectors are extremely angry with the enemies and obstacles, and manifest fierce actions. Third, the method of summoning, sending away deities, and distinguishing them is to visualize them like (dealing with) a corpse pit and target object, and then form the Hūṃ mudra. Homage! The command of the glorious lamas, the holy ones of the root and lineage of vidyadharas, is true and infallible, the command of the Buddhas is true and infallible, the command of the Dharma is true and infallible, the command of the Sangha is true and infallible, the truth of mantra, vidya mantra, dharani mantra, heart mantra, mudra, and samadhi is true and infallible, the Dharma nature is empty from the beginning, but the command of cause and effect is infallible, especially the four-armed Good Vajra Rakshasa, and his retinue, the command of all the oath-bound Dharma protector sea of deities is true and infallible, relying on the power of the great truth, for the common enemies of the teachings and sentient beings, especially for us vidyadhara offerers and our retinue, the enemies who were beaten by hand in the past, the enemies who were thought of in the mind later, the enemies who are now directly erected, all tangible enemies of hatred and intangible obstacles of harm, wherever they exist within the three realms, wherever they flee, they must be hooked onto this target object in an instant.
