O, you who have eyes on the earth! Venerable objects of offering, please consider me with love, accept and bless me. Thus offering. The third is supplication: The Lama is the Buddha, the Lama is the Dharma, likewise the Lama is the Sangha, the Lama is the doer of all. As such, believing that all Buddhas are gathered in the nature of the Lama, with pure mind arising towards the Lama's qualities, and the desire to obtain those qualities, supplicating with these three faiths combined, generating unwavering and deep-rooted faith. With respectful mind, calling out the cries of supplication from the mouth, with the body's hairs standing on end and tears welling up in the eyes, thinking that all sentient beings are also supplicating in the same way. In the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, the great mother of blessings, Prajnaparamita, supplicate to the blessed one. Like that and so on, until the Lama lineage supplication text between "Bless this seat," recite according to the old text, or: Namo Guru (Tibetan: ན་མོ་གུ་རུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो गुरु, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: Namo Guru, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Guru). Prajnaparamita, the sovereign queen, the unique mother, the chief of the Dakinis, to the root and lineage Lamas of the profound Chöd practice, I supplicate you, please grant your blessings. My body, enjoyments, and all possessions, I offer without attachment, please accept them, and for the benefit of all beings, abandon self-grasping, please bless me to generate meaningless thoughts in my continuum. Please bless me to realize the definitive understanding of the unborn nature of my own mind, please bless me to transform adverse conditions into the path. Please bless me to cut off the three realms of existence, please bless me to gather the six realms as relatives, please bless me to purify samsara and nirvana in the Dharmadhatu, please bless me to cut off the clinging to grasping and the grasped, please bless me to realize the nature of selflessness. After completing the supplication, the assembly of the gathering field dissolves into the central Lama. The Lama is the nature of the embodiment of all refuge objects, visualize (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) at his forehead, visualize (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah) at his throat, visualize (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at his heart. From the three syllables at the three places of the Lama, radiate white, red, and blue light in sequence. The blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas are absorbed. Abide in the state where the three Vajras of the Lama and one's own three doors are inseparable. Finally, the Lama comes from the crown of the head, dissolves into light and merges into oneself, in the Dharmadhatu of non-duality and freedom from elaboration.

Rest in equipoise. View its sound, appearance, resonance, and awareness as the manifestation of the inexhaustible adornment wheel of the three secrets of the lama. Secondly, the main part has three aspects: deciding with the view of vajra-like samadhi, practicing with the meditation of illusion-like samadhi, and enhancing with the conduct of heroic-going samadhi. The first one has three aspects: mixing space and awareness, recognizing the meaning of the mother, and cutting the four maras in space. First, the various arising plans of memory and awareness, called the alaya-consciousness, abide as if sesame oil pervades the body. By subduing the wind with the method of combination, like blowing "has" on a mirror, gathering from above and below in the navel, visualize a white bindu the size of a bird's egg in each of the soles of the feet. Through the channels of the feet, they merge into one at the tri-junction. Lifting it up from inside the abdomen is also one method, the key point: condense the white bindu into a bright, shining bird's egg size. Saying ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), after uttering the sound, passing through the abdomen, shooting out far from the crown of the head, merging inseparably with the sky, abandoning it loosely in the space of emptiness free from elaboration, and abiding without support. Second, recognizing the meaning of the mother: From beginningless time in the past, wandering in samsara, experiencing various sufferings, this is because the root of mental confusion has not been cut. Therefore, thinking that it is necessary to cut this root, straighten the body posture, leave the speech wind in its natural state, cut off the thoughts of the three times of the mind, and directly look at the essence of the moment of present awareness when the previous thought has ceased and the next thought has not arisen, the appearance does not remain outside, the awareness does not cease inside, sometimes tightly grasping the appearance free from elaboration, sometimes loosening and relaxing, and abiding, then each appears as self-knowing. In that unwavering state, looking at one's own face, the awareness that does not fall into any side of existence or non-existence, permanence or annihilation, arising or ceasing, going or coming, etc., is naked and rootless. Staying without straying just at the moment of recognizing that which is free from all knowable and knowing. As Machig Labdrön said: If you do not think of anything, how can you fall into the wrong path? If you do not mistake the thought-free meditation, there is no doubt about attaining the dharmakaya enlightenment. Among meditations, this is the most supreme. Destroy all attachments and abide. And: If you do not think of anything, habitual tendencies will not arise.
