Therefore, for the sake of stability, at the end of each session, everything should be absorbed into emptiness: From the seed syllable in the heart of the main deity, light radiates, transforming the outer world and inner beings into a pure mandala. Gathering all of this, it is gradually absorbed into Mount Meru, the vajra fence, and the palace. The palace dissolves into the retinue, the retinue dissolves into the main deity, and the father dissolves into the mother. Then, from the top and bottom, they gradually merge and dissolve into the life-force syllable TAM (藏文:ཏཱཾ་,梵文天城体:ताṃ,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:当) in the heart. That syllable itself gradually vanishes upwards, and the mind is focused on the extremely subtle Nada Contemplate that Nada itself as disappearing into non-objectivity, and rest in equipoise in the realm of clear light. Then, from that, in an instant, arise as the illusory deity body of union, taking the play of the three wheels of appearance, sound, and conceptual thought as the path, and dedicate the merit. Second, the subsequent yoga: The tantra says: "That which always abides in the heart, the single bindu, does not change. For the person who practices this, wisdom will surely arise." The meaning of this is to generate unborn wisdom and stabilize born wisdom. This is deeper than the fine line of the tips of the upper and lower noses. Here, it is taught to hold the mind on the indestructible bindu in the center of the Dharma wheel. First, after the clarity of the generation stage has reached its culmination, when entering this practice, the body should be in the vajra posture with the legs crossed, the hands in fists resting on the thighs, the spine straight, etc., as is generally done. Restrain the activities of the five senses. The key point of the mind is to visualize a clear and radiant sphere of light, the size of a mustard seed or a pea, in the center of the heart, where the five essences gather. Focus the mind entirely on this. Without scattering to any conceptual thoughts, focus single-pointedly on that object. Gradually, signs such as smoke will appear. When stability is gained through familiarity with this, without focusing on the image of the bindu in the heart, leave the mind in its natural, innate state, free from all mental activity such as acceptance and rejection, hope and fear, expansion and contraction, and maintain the continuity of practice. Third, the very yoga has two parts: the actual practice and, the enhancement. First, after gaining stability in the above meditation and generating a little wisdom, one should first practice purifying the winds. The body should be in the seven-point posture. Visualize all illnesses, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations as being thoroughly purified, and exhale three times from both nostrils.

For the three states of exhaling, entering, and staying in the abdomen, do not make special efforts, but focus on the natural flow and naturally stay in the body for a long time, until signs such as clear flow appear. Practice Vajra recitation to make the energy channels well-trained. Then, in the emptiness where you clearly appear as the main deity, visualize the three main channels and the chakras of the crown, throat, heart, navel, and secret place as usual, and perform the nine rounds of forceful breathing. Inhale the upper air, draw in the lower air, and hold the vase breath with the navel joined. Visualize the air in the form of five-colored rays coming from the sky sixteen fingers above the tip of the nose, passing through the right and left nostrils through the Rōraṁ channels, entering the central channel below the navel and dissolving. Focus on the emptiness of the central channel. If there is stagnation or unbearable feeling, release it by exhaling and moving, that is, practice the vase breath with four combinations until it reaches the best state. Although it is only said that by making the preliminary energy channels capable through these, one can practice the path of the main practice messenger, but for this, one must first make one's own body well-trained through skillful means. Nowadays, because ordinary people cannot practice the bodies of others, a brief introduction to a method that relies on one's own body: Visualize yourself as Accomplishing Meaning Vajra Horse King, and in front of you, visualize a charming consort, the vow-bound Tara. Visualize performing various arts of desire, and when lust arises, visualize that from your secret place, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) transforms into a blue five-pronged vajra, marked with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the center, and the mouth of the vajra is sealed with the syllable Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪). From the consort's space, the syllable Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) transforms into a red four-petaled lotus, with the stamen marked with the syllable Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). Relying on this method, manifest the co-emergent, supreme, unchanging great bliss, and with the intention of placing all sentient beings in the state of unchanging great bliss vajra, enter into samadhi through the three perceptions, that is, the joy of the bodhicitta moving from the crown chakra, the supreme joy of descending to the throat chakra, the special joy of descending to the heart chakra, and the joy of separation from the navel chakra, each contemplating the nature of bliss, and slowly descending while remaining in equanimity. For beginners, if the bodhicitta returns upwards from the previous chakras and the bliss disappears, then descend again, etc. After the steps are firm,
