從母續壇城之處，無量光芒四射，遍佈十方一切剎土，激勵諸佛菩薩之心續。觀想一切本尊如雨般降臨，以世尊誓言度母及其眷屬之身語意手印加持，融入自身。念誦任何一種祈請降臨的詞句，如法樂、降臨之物等，皆於事業中宣說。於十字明咒（藏文：ཡིག་བཅུ།）之後，強烈念誦降伏智慧之咒語。在未證得菩提之前，以身語意三門堅定信解，恆常祈請智慧尊之加持。念誦「ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།（藏文，梵文天城體：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：tiṣṭha vajra，漢語字面意思：安住金剛）」並將金剛杵或花朵置於頭頂。如是圓滿完成前行諸法後，於真實加持時，依次進行依四種表徵物，加持身語意智慧金剛之儀軌。首先，依寶瓶之表徵，為行者作身之加持，應如是發願：觀想上師、壇城及遍滿虛空之灌頂諸尊，以盈滿智慧甘露之殊勝寶瓶，賜予行者光明與空性雙運之自性，而作灌頂。念誦：「ཨོཾ༔ རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཡི༔ སྐུ་ཡི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད༔ བུམ་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བླ་མེད་པས༔ སྣང་སྟོང་ངོ་བོར་ཁྱོད་དབང་བསྐུར༔ 嗡 尊貴聖母度母啊 身之智慧自性者 以無上寶瓶灌頂故 汝獲光明空性之灌頂」。於十字明咒後，念誦「ཀ་ལཱ་ཤ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ༔ （藏文，梵文天城體：कलश अभिषिञ्च ॐ，梵文羅馬擬音：kalaśa abhiṣiñca oṃ，漢語字面意思：寶瓶 灌頂 嗡）」。將寶瓶置於頂上，並賜予寶瓶之水。藉此淨化身之障礙，令脈及明點成熟為天身。獲得外寶瓶之灌頂。有權能修持生起次第及圓滿次第之道。於相續中生起光明與空性雙運之智慧。成為能現證果位身金剛化身之有緣者。其次，依顱器之表徵，為行者作語之加持。觀想光明與空性雙運之自性，具相顱器中之甘露，乃方便與智慧和合之菩提心，置於行者舌上。念誦：「ཨཱ༔ རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཡི༔ གསུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད༔ གསང་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བླ་མེད་པས༔ གསལ་སྟོང་ངོ་བོར་ཁྱོད་དབང་བསྐུར༔ ཨཱ༔ 嗡 尊貴聖母度母啊 語之智慧自性者 以無上秘密灌頂故 汝獲光明空性之灌頂」。於十字明咒後，念誦「བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城體：बोधचित्त अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文羅馬擬音：bodhicitta abhiṣiñca āḥ，漢語字面意思：菩提心 灌頂 阿）」。將顱器置於喉間，並賜予甘露。藉此淨化語之障礙，令氣及明點成熟為咒語。

From the places of the Mother Mandala, countless rays of light radiate, pervading all the realms of the ten directions, stimulating the minds of all the Buddhas and their heirs. Visualize that all the deities descend like rain in the form of the body, speech, and mind seals of the Blessed One, the oath-bound Tara and her retinue, and dissolve into you. Recite any of the words of blessing or invocation that are explained in the activities, including musical instruments and substances for offering. After the ten-syllable mantra, strongly recite the mantra for bestowing wisdom. Until enlightenment is attained, maintain unwavering faith in the three doors and constantly pray for the blessings of the wisdom beings. Recite "Tiṣṭha Vajra" (藏文，梵文天城體：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文羅馬擬音：tiṣṭha vajra，漢語字面意思：Stay, Vajra) and place a vajra or flower on the head. Having thus completed the preliminary practices well, during the actual blessing, perform the ritual of blessing the four meanings—body, speech, mind, wisdom, and vajra—in sequence, based on the four symbolic objects. First, based on the symbol of the vase, make the aspiration to perform the blessing of the body as follows: Visualize that the gurus, mandala deities, and all the deities of empowerment residing throughout the sky empower you with a vase filled with the stream of wisdom water, which is the nature of the union of appearance and emptiness, and which is completely victorious. Recite: "Oṃ! Noble venerable Tara, the very essence of the wisdom of the body! By the unsurpassed empowerment of the vase, you are empowered with the nature of appearance and emptiness!" After the ten-syllable mantra, recite "Kalaśa Abhiṣiñca Oṃ" (藏文，梵文天城體：कलश अभिषिञ्च ॐ，梵文羅馬擬音：kalaśa abhiṣiñca oṃ，漢語字面意思：Vase, Anoint, Om). Place the vase on the crown of the head and give the vase water. This purifies the obscurations of the body, matures the channels and elements into deities, and one receives the outer vase empowerment. One has the authority to practice the generation and completion stages of the path. The wisdom of the union of appearance and emptiness is born in the mindstream. One is made capable of manifesting the result, the body vajra, the nirmanakaya. Secondly, based on the symbol of the skull cup, perform the blessing of speech. Visualize that the nectar in the skull cup, which is the nature of the union of clarity and emptiness, is the bodhicitta of the union of method and wisdom, and place it on the tongue. Recite: "Āḥ! Noble venerable Tara, the very essence of the wisdom of speech! By the unsurpassed secret empowerment, you are empowered with the nature of clarity and emptiness!" After the ten-syllable mantra, recite "Bodhicitta Abhiṣiñca Āḥ" (藏文，梵文天城體：बोधचित्त अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文羅馬擬音：bodhicitta abhiṣiñca āḥ，漢語字面意思：Bodhicitta, Anoint, Ah). Touch the skull cup to the throat and give the nectar. This purifies the obscurations of speech, and matures the winds and elements into mantra.

Third, to bestow the blessing of the heart based on the symbolism of the sindhura mandala: From the nature of the union of bliss and emptiness, the mirror and the sindhura mantra mandala, rays of bliss and warmth arise and dissolve into the navel chakra, igniting the tummo fire. Visualize the syllable Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head melting, filling the body and mind with joy and bliss. Hūṃ! O noble Jetsun Tara! You are the essence of the wisdom of the heart. Through the unsurpassed wisdom empowerment, you are empowered as the essence of bliss and emptiness. The ten syllables and, Karma Mudra Abhisincha Hūṃ! Handing the mirror, apply a sindhura dot to the heart. By this, the obscurations of the mind are purified, and the dot ripens into wisdom. The secret wisdom empowerment is obtained. One has the ability to rely on other body paths. The wisdom of the union of bliss and emptiness arises in the mindstream. One becomes fortunate enough to manifest the Dharmakaya, the heart vajra of the fruition. Fourth, to bestow the blessing of wisdom based on the symbolism of the Vajrasattva mirror: Know that the self-arisen crystal, which manifests the union of awareness and emptiness, is clear and transparent, possessing the radiance of five lights, and its essence is the nature of compassion. Rest in equanimity in the expanse of uncontrived luminosity. Ho! O noble Jetsun Tara! You are the essence of indivisible wisdom. Through the unsurpassed fourth empowerment, you are empowered as the essence of awareness and emptiness. The ten syllables and, Dharma Dhatu Abhisincha Ho! Show the crystal and place it in the three places. By this, the obscurations of the three doors are purified equally, and the essence ripens into immutability. The fourth suchness empowerment is obtained. One has the ability to practice the path of luminous wisdom. The wisdom of the union of awareness and emptiness arises in the mindstream. One becomes fortunate enough to manifest the Svabhavikakaya, the wisdom vajra of the fruition. Thus, generate realization, and speak auspicious words as you know how, and scatter flowers. By this, the four empowerments of the secret practice of the Tara Profound Drop, the Damtsik Tara Yogini, which arose from the mind treasure of the non-contentious emanation, the great treasure revealer Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, who tames beings, are bestowed.
