《观慧度母甚深精要》之外修广略仪轨及诀窍，二资粮心要。丹尼雍仲林巴。 《观慧度母甚深精要》之外修广略仪轨及诀窍，二资粮心要。丹尼雍仲林巴。 《观慧度母甚深精要》之外修广略仪轨及诀窍，名为二资粮心要之法安住于此。 那摩咕噜阿雅达热耶。（藏文，梵文天城体：नमः गुरु आर्यतारेयै，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ guru āryatāreyai，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 上师，आर्य 阿雅，तारे 达热，यै 耶）三时导师及诸子，发心事业极超胜，顶礼圣母作依怙，宣说相应之修持。此乃甚深精要之修持，乃极深心要之精髓，故不需繁杂之铺陈。然略作铺陈，及常修之法，即广略二法。初者，于至尊度母之画像、雕塑等一切具足之佛像前，于清净之法座上备办双份之水、供品、朵玛、香水、曼扎、散花等。若能沐浴及作清净之行则更佳。若不能，则于未沾染荤酒之清晨等时分，务必从世事中解脱，并怀着菩提心之发心。 皈依发心如下：观想面前虚空中，至尊度母真实现前安住。那摩，于一切佛法之本体至尊母，我等众生皆皈依，发起希求菩提之心，进入甚深之道。积聚资粮如下：至尊圣母度母等，乃至，愿我成为引导之怙主。如是念诵。加持供品：嗡 班匝 阿弥利达 滚扎利 哈哈 吽 啪的。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ཀུཎྜ་ལཱི་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अम्रिता कुण्डलि हन हन हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra amṛta kuṇḍali hana hana hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，甘露，军荼利，打，打，吽，啪）嗡 梭巴瓦等，以之清净。处所乃莲花庄严之刹土，形状及庄严不可限量，天物乃由禅定所生，供品不可思议。 嗡 班匝 阿刚等乃至夏达 阿 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས་ཤབྡ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अर्घं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra arghaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，供品）嗡 班匝 斯帕ra纳 康。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཁཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र स्फरणा खं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra spharaṇā khaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，舒展，空）其后，首先向共同之本尊献上顶礼及供养：十方四时之诸上师、诸佛及诸菩萨众，皆请降临于面前之虚空中。班匝 萨玛扎。（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र समा ज，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samā ja，汉语字面意思：金刚，萨玛扎）是所有众生之怙主，摧毁魔众及军队之无畏天神，如实知晓一切事物。

Herein resides the practice called "The Heart Essence of the Two Accumulations," from the Outer Practice Extensive and Concise Ritual and Instructions from the Mind Treasure of Tara's Profound Essence. Namo Guru Arya Tareye. Having paid homage to the mother who has become the guide of the three times and the sons, whose enlightened mind and activity are outstanding, I will explain the practice that is in accordance with conduct. This profound essence is a condensed essence of profound practice, so there is no need for extensive elaboration. However, there are two practices, a slightly more elaborate one and a daily practice, namely the extensive and concise practices. The first is: In front of a statue, painting, or any complete representation of Jetsun Tara, on a clean platform, prepare two sets of water, offerings, tormas, incense, mandalas, scattered flowers, etc. If possible, perform bathing and purification practices. If not, in the early morning, when not contaminated by meat and alcohol, be sure to be free from worldly affairs and have the motivation of bodhicitta. The refuge and bodhicitta are as follows: Visualize Jetsunma vividly present in the sky in front of you. Namo. In the essence of all the precious ones, Jetsunma, I and all beings take refuge. Having generated the mind of aspiration for enlightenment, I enter the profound path. Accumulating merit is as follows: Jetsun Phakma Drolma, etc., until, may I become the glorious guide. Recite up to this point. Blessing the offerings: Om Vajra Amrita Kundali Hana Hana Hum Phet.
