Uma Pawomo and, the one who dispels all fears, I praise you together with your retinue. This sacred offering of Torma, May you contemplate it with great wisdom, and having enjoyed great bliss, I pray that you bestow all accomplishments without exception. The disturbance of the four elements and the falling of sky-iron, The punishment of the king's weapons, thieves, flesh-eating demons, and enraged elephants, Fierce predators, wrathful ones, venomous snakes, untimely death due to diseases and evil spirits, Poverty, loss of desired goals, and so on, all unbearable fearsome gatherings, May you protect, pacify, and avert them. Liberate us from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms, Life, merit, wisdom, and so on, may you increase the supreme and common activities. Thus, I praise and pray for my wishes. Third, entering oneself: If one is willing and capable, then begin with the bathing and mandala as described below. Take all the main parts of the empowerment in the manner of entering oneself. If one is not capable, then enter by throwing the wisdom flower, according to the common secret practice of the Early Translation School. Third, in the initiation ritual for maturing disciples, the ones to be subdued are brought out from the door of the mandala house after being bathed. Entering inside, perform exorcism, torma offering, sweeping, and purification. From emptiness, from (བྷྲཱུྃ，bhrūṃ，BHRUM, purification), a precious vessel appears, deep and vast, filled with the Torma, complete with color, smell, taste, power, and potency. Om Ah Hum three times. (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，OM AH HUM, body speech mind). Sarva Bhuta Akarshaya Jah (Sanskrit, sarva bhūta ākarṣaya jaḥ, सर्व भूत आकर्षय जः, all beings attract JA) Invite the guests. Sarva Vighnan Namah (Sanskrit, sarva vighnān namaḥ, सर्व विघ्नान् नमः, all obstacles Homage). (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，hūṃ hrīḥ，HUM HRIH, emptiness and wisdom) In the mandala where appearances and existence are primordially pure, as in the preliminary stage of the heart practice activity, recite at the end. Om Haya Griva Hum Phat! (ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，oṃ haya grīva hūṃ phaṭ，OM HAYA GRIWA HUM PHAT, Om Hayagriva Hum Phat) Expel with Sumbha and others, together with gugul, mustard seeds, tuns, and musical instruments. By reciting "Om Vajra Raksha Raksha Hum (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ，oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ，OM VAJRA RAKSHA RAKSHA HUM, Om Vajra Protect Protect Hum)", visualize that all directions, above and below, are a vajra ground, fence, net, tent, awning, and a wheel of protection blazing with the fire of wisdom, vast, unobstructed, and indestructible. After being seated and completing the offering and gathering of flowers, in order to attain the state of perfect enlightenment, the all-knowing Buddha, for the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space. For that purpose, listen to the profound sequence of blessings and empowerments.

思维以如理如实修持之，发心乃菩提之殊胜，并端正听法之行为，请谛听。 于此，所听之法为：十方诸佛及菩萨之事业无尽庄严轮，具足智慧身之至尊圣母度母之加持灌顶次第。此圣母于胜义谛中，本自即为四圣之母，般若波罗蜜多之体性，已现前证得圆满菩提之智慧。然于俗谛共同所化众生前，往昔无始之时，于种种光明世界中，如来名鼓音之前，化现为名为智慧月之公主，发起殊胜菩提心。如是发愿直至轮回未空之际，皆以女身利益众生。如是发愿后，每日早晚之时，救度恒河沙数之众生脱离世间之苦，获得不生之法忍。仅仅忆念圣母度母之名号，亦能加持平息轮回与寂灭之一切痛苦。其后于成所作智佛前，立誓守护救度十方一切众生脱离一切灾难。复又于圣观世音之智慧中，以种种化现之方式，作为度化众生之助伴等，其解脱行境不可思议。特别是于此贤劫之中，圆满之时，于圣地印度之持地山，世间自在慈悲大士宣说了度母之十万根本咒续。其后于三具、二具、争斗时，为适应不同根器之所化众生，又宣说了中等及简略之续部等，如是无量度母之明咒成就者涌现。共同而言，能平息八大怖畏及十六种恐惧之苦难，如意获得一切所需之财富，最终获得大手印之智慧身等之故事流传。

Thinking, "I shall practice accordingly and properly," generate the intention of supreme Bodhicitta, and also clarify the conduct of listening to the Dharma well, and please listen. Here, the Dharma to be listened to is: the empowerment sequence of the blessings of the noble Tara, whose activity of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions is inexhaustible, and who possesses the wisdom body of the wheel of ornaments. This noble lady, in the definitive sense, is from the very beginning the mother of the four noble ones, the essence of the Perfection of Wisdom, and has already attained the wisdom of manifest enlightenment. However, in the appearance of ordinary beings to be tamed, in a time before the beginning, in various worlds of light, before the Tathagata Drum Sound, she became a king's daughter named Wisdom Moon, and generated the supreme Bodhicitta. As she vowed to benefit beings in a female form until Samsara is empty. As she vowed, every day, in the morning and evening, she liberated hundreds of thousands of beings from worldly minds and enabled them to obtain forbearance in the Dharma of non-arising. By merely remembering the name of the noble Tara, she blessed to pacify all the sufferings of existence and peace. Then, before the Buddha Accomplishing Meaning, she vowed to protect and save all beings in the ten directions from all harm. Again, from the wisdom of the noble Avalokiteshvara, in various ways of emanation, she acted as a companion to liberate beings, and so on, her liberation is inconceivable. In particular, in this very fortunate eon, in the time of perfection, in the land of India, on Mount Dhrujina, the Lord of the World, the Great Compassionate One, spoke the hundred thousand root tantras of Tara. Then, in the times of the three qualities, the two qualities, and the strife, he spoke as many medium and condensed tantras as were suitable for the different faculties of the beings to be tamed, and so on, so countless mantra-accomplishers of Tara appeared. In general, it pacifies the assembly of eight great fears and sixteen fears, obtains the desired wealth as desired, and the stories of ultimately attaining the wisdom body of the Great Seal, and so on, are passed down.
