至尊度母除一切怖畏灌顶加持降雨。 蒋扬钦哲旺波。 至尊度母除一切怖畏灌顶加持降雨。 蒋扬钦哲旺波。 名为至尊度母除一切怖畏灌顶加持降雨之仪轨。是心髓修法遣除一切障碍之部分。 嗡 索斯帝。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。吉祥圣母之月，于百信之莲花湖中常亲近，加持降雨成熟之，仪轨甘露大云开。此有四：预备供品之陈设，正行修法之方便，加持灌顶之次第，余义之差别略说。第一，处所清净且以庄严布置，于坛城中央，在垫子上以彩粉绘制白色莲花，二十瓣莲花之中央，于月垫上放置绿色彩粉，花瓣上放置与各本尊身色相符之彩粉，若不能，则于各本尊处以香之点缀，各放置花束。无论如何，其上于法座上放置具足精华之宝瓶，具足瓶饰、颈饰、海螺法器、咒语、金刚杵，于其前 于稍低之法座上，放置灌顶朵玛，圆形白色，以装饰庄严。其前放置供养朵玛，比其小，以三白三甜等美好食物围绕。前后随意，佛像绘画或雕塑皆可。左右放置咒鬘，以及手印乌巴拉花之坛城。最后，水、二者，前行之近用等，清净且以庄严布置。自己面前放置金刚杵和铃、花器，以及宝瓶等下文所需之物，全部备齐。第二有三：自生念诵，对生修法，自入。 第一，若根基未调伏，则先行如共同仪轨般施放朵玛后，从自己心间放出光芒，上师 至尊度母与以皈依境如海之众围绕，于前方虚空中以班杂萨玛匝（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजाः，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚萨埵集）迎请会供田遍满虚空之前。那摩！上师本尊至尊母！三宝诸佛如海众！我等众生至菩提！一心恭敬而皈依！如是回答。

The Empowerment Ritual of Jetsun Drolma (Tara) Who Averts All Fears, A Rain of Blessings. Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. This is the ritual called "Jetsun Drolma (Tara) Who Averts All Fears, A Rain of Blessings." It is a part of the heart practice that dispels all obstacles. Om Swasti. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वस्ति, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, auspicious!). In the month of the virtuous Arya, always attend to the lotus lake of hundreds of faiths, the great cloud of nectar opens for the ripening rain of blessings. This has four parts: the preparation of the materials, the actual method of practice, the order of blessings and empowerment, and a brief explanation of other special points. First, the place should be clean and beautifully arranged. In the center of the platform, on the mandala, draw a white lotus with twenty petals using colored powders. In the center of the lotus, on a moon cushion, place green colored powder. On the petals, place colored powders that match the body colors of the respective deities. If that is not possible, then mark each deity's place with a fragrant dot and arrange a bouquet of flowers. In any case, on top of that, on a throne, place a vase filled with essence, adorned with ornaments, a neck cord, a conch shell dharma instrument, mantras, and a vajra. In front of that, on a slightly lower throne, place the empowerment torma, round and white, beautifully decorated. In front of that, place the offering torma, smaller than the empowerment torma, surrounded by the nine best foods, such as the three white and three sweet substances. Place a painted or sculpted image of the deity wherever is convenient, front or back. To the right and left, place mantra garlands and a mandala of the hand symbol utpala flower. Finally, arrange water, the two, preliminary necessities, etc., cleanly and beautifully. In front of yourself, place the vajra and bell, flower containers, and all the materials needed below, such as the vase. Second, there are three parts: self-generation and recitation, front generation practice, and self-entry. First, if the basis is not subdued, then first perform the preliminary torma offering as in the common ritual. Then, from your heart, radiate light, and invite the guru Jetsun Drolma (Tara) surrounded by a sea of refuge objects in the sky in front of you. Invoke the assembly field pervading the sky with Vajrasamājaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाजाः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasamājaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajrasattva assembly). Namo! Guru, Yidam, Jetsun Mother! To the Three Jewels, the ocean of Buddhas! Until enlightenment, I and all beings! Take refuge with one-pointed devotion! Answer thus.
