于彼转化时，融入智慧本尊之手印。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！显空无别金刚身，至尊圣母身之灌顶，今日授予具缘之汝，愿成金刚之身！根本咒及身之灌顶嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）！从念诵的加持咒鬘中，救护一切怖畏之众，圣母度母遍布虚空，圆满思量调伏有情之事业，为稳固故咒鬘置于喉间。阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）！声空无别金刚语，至尊圣母语之灌顶，今赐予具缘之汝，愿成金刚之语！语之灌顶阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）！手持乌巴拉花融入心间，与心无别平等安住。吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！明空无别 金刚心，至尊圣母心之灌顶，今赐予具缘之汝，愿成金刚之心！心之灌顶吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！明观本尊之食子置于顶上。当（藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）！食子圆满为本尊之手印，大悲之光芒朗然闪耀，以至尊度母之加持力，愿具缘成熟且解脱！身语意功德事业食子灌顶嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིི，梵文天城体：ह्री，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）！融入本尊抛洒吉祥花。后续之事如常进行。为息灭种种怖畏故，若作各别度母之灌顶，则转变本尊咒语如上灌顶。加持征兆迅速生起。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）！此后转变事业之仪轨，为息灭地之怖畏故，自身观为金刚度母蓝，右手施胜印，左手则，以救护印持乌巴拉花，持以五股金刚杵为标志，以绸缎及珍宝为庄严，三处加持融入智慧，作灌顶供赞祈请，于心间月上蓝色当（藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ता，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当），周围咒语之鬘围绕，光芒放射金刚之自性，供养圣尊成办有情一切义利，特别是从我慢 所生之，思念一切地之怖畏皆息灭，根本咒语十字之末尾，加上“玛玛萨瓦 蓝 蓝 巴雅 夏谛 咕噜（藏文：མ་མ་སརྦ་ལཾ་ལཾ་བྷཱ་ཡ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ，梵文天城体：ममसर्व ल ल भाय शान्तिं कुरु，梵文罗马拟音：mama sarva laṃ laṃ bhāya śāntiṃ kuru，汉语字面意思：我的，一切，寂静，寂静，生，息灭，作）”，此句置于“梭哈（藏文：སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）”之前。此外于根本咒语之下方，书写“萨ra 扎抓 舍达 普内 耶 蓝 匝拉 萨当 巴雅 纳纳（藏文：ས་ར་ཙཀྲ་ཧྲི་དཾ་པུ་ནེ་ཡེ་ལཾ་ཙ་ལ་སཏྭཾ་བྷཱ་ཡ་ནན，梵文天城体：सरचक्र ह्री दं पुने ये ल च ल सत्वं भाय नन，梵文罗马拟音：saracakra hrī daṃ pune ye laṃ ca la satvaṃ bhāya nana，汉语字面意思：萨ra 轮 舍达 普内 耶 蓝 匝拉 萨当 巴雅 纳纳）”，并涂抹藏红花之“旺（藏文：ཝཾ，梵文天城体：व，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：旺）”，混合各种珍宝。

Mind empowerment Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum)! Place the torma, clearly visualized as the deity, on the crown of the head. Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tam)! The torma is perfected as the mudra of the deity, the mass of light of compassion shines brightly, by the blessings of the noble Tara, may the fortunate one be ripened and liberated! Then, transform the ritual of activity, in order to pacify the fear of earth, visualize oneself as Vajra Tara, blue in color, the right hand in the gesture of supreme giving, and the left hand, with the gesture of refuge, holding an utpala flower, marked with a five-pronged vajra, adorned with silk and precious jewels, bless the three places and merge the wisdom, give empowerment, make offerings and praises, and make supplications, at the heart, on a moon disc, a blue Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tam), surrounded by a garland of mantras, rays of light radiate the nature of vajra, make offerings to the noble one and accomplish all the benefits of beings, especially from pride that arises, think that all the fears of earth are pacified, at the end of the ten-syllable root mantra, add "Mama Sarva Lam Lam Bhaya Shantim Kuru (Tibetan: མ་མ་སརྦ་ལཾ་ལཾ་བྷཱ་ཡ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ममसर्व ल ल भाय शान्तिं कुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: mama sarva laṃ laṃ bhāya śāntiṃ kuru, Chinese literal meaning: My, all, calm, calm, born, pacify, do)", place this phrase before "Svāhā (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Svaha)".
