Bestow blessings through the invocation of the hand gestures and the ritual text. Then, in order to summon life, contemplate as follows: In the heart of yourself, inseparable from the noble Tara deity, within a red, eight-petaled, closed lotus that is like a clear and transparent tent, in the center of a golden eight-spoked wheel, on a lunar disc, the letter (Tibetan: ཏཱཾཿ, Devanagari: ताṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, literal meaning: taam), surrounded by white and yellow mantra garlands emitting their own sounds, rotating to the right, from which emanate rays of light like iron hooks, at the ends of which appear inconceivable messengers of life, filling the entire expanse. Gather the blessings of the compassion of all Buddhas, the life radiance of the stable and moving outer and inner worlds, the essence of the four elements, and the life force of beings, and dissolve them into yourself, so that all diminished life from the elements of flesh, blood, warmth, and breath is fully restored. Transform the impurities of the elements into the pristine wisdom, and have faith in easily attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Wave the arrow banner, and summon life according to the ritual text. By doing so, the messengers of life will protect you inseparably, and the essence of the compassion of all Sugatas of the ten directions, appearing in the form of (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, literal meaning: Om Ah Hum), will dissolve into your three places. Be sure to contemplate that you are established as the embodiment of the indestructible Vajra Three, and that the rainbow body of light, the nature of the five wisdoms, is manifested and accomplished. Having said this, touch the arrow banner to the three places. From their bodies, a stream of nectar descends, enters from the crown of your head, fills your entire body, and contemplate that you become inseparable from the body of the noble mother. From the juncture of this union, streams of red and white nectar descend, filling the vase with the stream of wisdom nectar. May it enter through your throats, filling all the channels with bliss.
